Great half day tour with Mohamed
We had a fantastic experience with Mohamed as our guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts that really brought the place to life, far beyond what we would have learned on our own. What we especially appreciated were his practical tips - from how to make the most of our time on the ground to small local insights that helped us avoid crowds and enjoy the experience more fully.
Mohamed struck the perfect balance between being informative and approachable, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. His guidance added so much value to our visit, and we left feeling like we had both learned a lot and used our time as well as possible. Highly recommend booking with him.

An Amazing Giza Experience!
This was an amazing experience! Fatima and Ahmed were great guides. You will learn and experience so much with them. They are kind and helpful with anything you may need. They are great for any travelers who need English or Mandarin tours. I highly recommend this experience, especially if it is your first time in Egypt.

Excellent Day
Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He messaged me the day before to confirm our meeting place and was punctual on the day. He was able to save us some money with advice to go inside the smaller pyramid of Menkaure rather than the pyramid of Khufu (all the pyramids are empty on the inside, definitely worth going inside one anyway for the experience, but Menkaure was significantly cheaper than Khufu). He arranged camel rides for us on the day, was happy to take photos of our family, and kindly dropped us off to the Grand Egyptian Museum afterwards as requested. One thing I will note is that he took us to two shops- one selling Egyptian oils and one selling papyrus rolls. This was presented to us as part of the tour (although I didn't remember reading about this in the itinerary on Viator). To be fair, the vendors in these stores were very professional and they made it clear that there was no compulsion to buy anything. However, on reflection afterwards, it was obvious that our guide will have received some commission from the small purchases we made. It was a little annoying to think that we spent less time at the Pyramids (I thought our time at the Sphinx in particular was a bit rushed). So to anyone looking to book, I would recommend letting the guide know from the start that you are not interested in going to any shops (unless you are!) and that you want to spend more time at the Giza Necropolis. Overall, this tour was cheaper than a lot of others offered, we had no issue with scammers at the site, the guide was very good at his job, and we did enjoy our day.
