Went to this trip with my mom and lovely Mido was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and attentive. The views from the Nile river were amazing and we were able to take some great pictures and make love long memories. Would highly recommended this activity to anyone visiting Cairo!

Nice way to spend a couple of hours. Food was the best we have had since arriving in Egypt two weeks ago. Interesting to see how the boat was rigged. Captain Abdul, now 78, has been sailing since he was 15. His grandson, also named Abdul, was crewing. That's special. Just do it!

Must do activity in Cairo! We went for dinner to see the sunset with Mido and everything went flawlessly. Great photos, good food, great vibes. Perfect weather.

We had an amazing few hours sailing the Nile with Captain Abdul and deckhand Abdul (his 12 yr old grandson). Boat was great, views were beautiful and Mido's commentary entertaining. Lunch was the best food we have had in our 2 weeks in Egypt. Thankyou, Mido we had the best time!!

My husband and I did the private felucca boat ride just before sunset with Mohamed Kasban. Since we were already close to the departure area, Mohamed picked us up near Coptic Cairo. He was a bit early - which I appreciate. From there, we made our way to where the boat launches from... however, it seems we needed to wait until our actual departure time to leave. So we just sat in the garden for about 40 minutes. The description read "approx. 4 hours"... but we were picked up and back to our hotel in West Gize in about 3.5 hours. We spent about 2 hours sailing on the Nile. Overall nice... the food was good. And Mohamed coordinated to get us beers (we paid more than fair market price on those beers)... but it was nice to have drinks, with my husband while the sun set. Mohamed was a good driver and had a nice car - my husband is a tall Dutch man... and we are pretty critical of backseat leg space. ;-) Overall it was a nice experience, and what you should expect of a sailing trip. Bring cash for gratuity.

Miko is amazing! He took the best photos, shared the best information about the culture and taught us some words!! The felucca ride in Egypt is an unforgettable experience that beautifully captures the essence of the Nile River and the surrounding landscapes. Miko shared the culture and history and we were so happy to learn!! The captain was amazing!!! Guiding us to the perfect locations to get the best views!! One of the highlights of the felucca ride is the opportunity to witness breathtaking sunsets over the Nile. The sky transforms into a canvas of oranges, pinks, and purples, making for an incredible photo opportunity. Additionally, the felucca ride offers the best chicken kabobs on board. Overall, I highly recommend taking a felucca ride for a peaceful and picturesque adventure that allows you to connect with the history and culture of Egypt in a unique way.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Zizo was really friendly and waiting for us at our hotel on time. We drove South, parked up and waited only 10 minutes before we were on the Felucca. From that point it was amazing, it was just two of us and they really looked after us. We got loads of cool photos and sailing down the Nile was so relaxing. We had booked to coincide with the sunset which was gorgeous. The food was great, they had tea, water and Pepsi to drink. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing afternoon out on the boat, it was just us and was very relaxing and romantic. Mido went the extra mile to make our trip brilliant, from pickup, drinks and food on the boat whilst we watched the sunset over the Nile - would highly recommend!
