Wonderful peaceful and relaxing trip
Fantastic experience, quiet and peaceful unlike the huge noisy cruise boats. Tarek and Suleiman, our wonderful crew, were great and couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately my husband was unwell during the trip but they were very sympathetic and took good care of us. The freshly cooked food was delicious with lots of variety; I especially enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast. I thought that 3 days might be too long and that we would be bored, but there was always something to look at, the views were amazing. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to chill out and see the Nile at its best.

Génial, un voyage extraordinaire!
Ce n’est pas seulement la croisière en felouque, mais bien un road-trip incroyable de 2 semaines à travers l’Egypte que Walid et JJ Jamaica ont organisé pour nous. Nous avons fait ce voyage en novembre 2023, et nous avons vécu un rêve éveillé. Walid a organisé pour nous un voyage sur mesure avec tous les transferts en van privé avec chauffeur et les excursions toujours commentées par un guide égyptologue francophone de qualité. Un des plus beaux voyages de notre vie! Walid a fait preuve d’une patience à toute épreuve, réalisant nos moindres désirs, tout en respectant notre budget serré. L’offre qu’il nous a proposé était deux fois moins chère que les devis réalisés auprès d’agences de voyage française.
Le Caire et ses pyramides, Assouan (avec un tour en kayak autour du temple Philae, ils sont les seuls à proposer cette activité!), Abou Simbel, une croisière de deux jours et une nuit en felouque (immanquable!!!), Louxor avec un vol en montgolfière au lever du jour, et enfin la Mer Rouge. Nous garderons un souvenir impérissable de ce séjour grandiose. Merci 1000 fois Walid, et vous qui me lisez : n’hésitez plus, foncez les yeux fermés (ou plutôt les yeux grands ouverts ;)

A great experience to plunge yourself into Egypt history through the Nile
Last week, together with 3 friends we had the great opportunity to spend 4 days (3 nights) on the JJ Felucca. We loved nearly every aspect of it! The felucca was very comfortable and clean. We spent most of the time sitting on the deck, and from there we were able to observe the astonishing landscapes and vegetation that characterize the coasts along the Nile! We were accompanied thorough our journey by Tarek and Ibrahim, who expertly sailed the ship from Aswan to a village approx. 2 hours drive from Luxor. We very much enjoyed having fun conversations and sharing some nice moments with them as well. They also took care of all other aspects of the journey, like preparing delicious food, choosing some nice locations for us to visit (e.g. Kom Ombo temple). Everything was cared for and organized very nicely and meticulously! It was an unforgettable experience and a good way to disconnect from our ordinary life, relax and discover a slower lifestyle at least for a few days! The views from the boat, especially at sunrise and sunset were stunning.

A different and enjoyable way to enjoy the Nile
We went on a 3 day 2 night felucca cruise, and what a great experience it was! Captain Shazley and Hani made us feel at home. The food was great and nothing was too much trouble for them. The visit to Kom Ombo temple and Daraw market were fascinating experiences as well. The cruise gave us a great opportunity to disconnect and relax and simple observe the nature of the Nile and its surroundings. Thank you JJ Jamaica for the lovely experience! We definitely recommend going on a Felucca to experience the Nile 😊

Expérience incroyable !
Merci à Tarik et Brahim pour ce séjour de deux nuits en Felouque. Le bateau est magnifique, Tarik fait à manger comme un chef, tout est très bon! Les vues sur les rives du Nil sont splendides, tout comme les couchers et levers de soleil. Merci et j'espère à une prochaine fois!

Like nothing we had ever experienced before. The Nile is a mighty river & we felt pretty close to it on our felucca!
Fabulous 3 nights on felucca Nile Bright with Tarek & Ibrahim!
Nothing was too much trouble & the experience was something we will never forget. The four of us were so comfortable & the food was delicious. Tarek prepared every meal himself & the variety was endless. JJ Jamaica also helped us out with transport from Luxor to Aswan with a driver.
The sights & onshore excursions were great also. The bathroom was spotless also. The only way to enjoy a true Nile experience is by felucca & this company is the best. Thanks again JJ & team.

A truly wonderful and memorable experience sailing with JJ Jamaica Felucca…… the best way to experience the Nile river.
Traveling on a felucca for 3 nights on JJ ‘s Nile Bright was a truly fantastic and memorable experience. The beauty of sailing along the Nile river, a river with such a long rich history was comparable to nothing we have ever experienced. We truly got the feel of this wonderful river. JJ’s captain Tarek and crew, Ibriaham made our trip wonderful and comfortable with their warm, humorous and friendly hospitality and kept the felucca in top clean condition for the whole trip. The beds were warm and comfortable, with great mozzie nets. Tarek’s authentic Nubian cooking was delicious and we were never left hungry. Tarek took us to visit a couple of villages along the way to get a taste of village life and stopped at little known Gebel Sisila, which was one of the smallest but best historical sites of our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with JJ Jamaica Felucca , a trip we will never forget.

Amazing trip ! Beautiful experience!
The trip with Tareq and Ibrahim (2 days and 2 nighs between Aswan & Kom Ombo) was much much better than we expected. The felucca is really beautiful and with all comfort in it (even a small bathroom, which is not common in a felucca, and mosquito net, which is great for the nights). The food was really amazing (real Nubian food, prepared directly in the felucca). And the 2 captains are very nice, open to demands, talkative and very good counselors (they helped us a lot to join Louxor after the trip). We definitely recommend them, you will live a beautiful experience 😊

Fantastic sailing trip on the Nile
The sailing trip on the Nile was undoubtedly a highlight of our trip to Egypt. We were 24 hours (including one night) on the Felucca. It was a beautiful experience. Captain Tarek and his companion were very nice. Tarek is also an excellent cook. A boat tour with JJ Jameica Felucca is 100% recommended.
