Our Nile River cruise and sightseeing tour was wonderful. Summertime meant our group was small but it was perfect. We had lots of time with our fantastic guide Hady Ahmed. As a qualified Egyptologist, his knowledge was incredible but also the little points of interest that others might not cover. Hady’s English was very good and he truly connected with our group, even the young ones who only spoke French. He was good for a laugh but also kind and considerate. Our boat was terrific, smooth sailing, terrific food for all meals and the staff were so helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend this trip with Imperial Egypt Tours and fingers crossed you get Hady for your guide. You’ll love it.

The cruise and tours have been fantastic. The boat is lovely and staff are super helpful and friendly. The highlight has been our guide Hady Ahmed with Imperial Egypt. His English is very good but his knowledge of Ancient Egypt is phenomenal and he brings the past to life. He is great with people of all ages, very courteous and considerate and really bonded with our group. The kids loved him too. Ancient Egypt and the sights have been incredible. Absolutely recommend this trip and hope you have Hady as your guide.u

I booked a 4-day 3 Night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor With Balloon and Abu Simbel via Tripadvisor powered by Viator for April 9 to 12. Viator assigned Noor Egypt Tour as my activity provider. The ticket did not mention the cruise ship's name and where it docks. I tried several times by email via Viator to ask Noor Egypt Tour to confirm the pick up time at Aswan International Airport. I never received a single response. When I arrived at Aswan airport, I did not see agent from Noor Egypt Tour who were supposed to pick me up. I made calls to Noor Egypt Tour at +201000020863 from my ticket. Nobody answered my phone calls. I waited at the airport for more than two hours. Finally I hired a taxi at the airport to the Aswan Police Station. The police officers and Capitan investigated my situation and concluded that no body worked at Noor Egypt Tour. Noor Egypt Tour did not work with Viator at the moment. At the police station, the Capitan helped me to book another Nile cruise which I had to pay additional $1170. I filed a dispute to my credit card to ask refund immediately after I returned home from the trip. A month late, Viator denied my request without the explanation of the Noor Egypt Tour service. I then followed up call Viator customer service, who referred me to contact Viator's email at CSEU@viator.com. I got an email reply from Viator saying that a chargeback had been submitted to their Chargeback team, who would be in touch with my credit card. Right now, almost one more month has been passed, I still see my credit card charge of $920. I believe I was coaxed.

Our guide Hady was very professional and attentive. While he was explaining something he always allowed me some time to translate into Spanish for my nephew. The cruise itself was comfortable and the schedule of the excursions was well planned.

Traveling with friends we booked this imperial Egypt cruise trip which is an amazing experience in our journey. Hady is the guide for four days, his lucid explanation of Egyptian history and attractions are inspiring and helpful.

My tour with Imperial Egypt was beyond expectation. The room was clean and neat, and food was just fantastic. The sites we visited were all awesome - magnificant temples and beautiful scenes. Our tour guid, Mr. Hady, is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would bring my family next time to this tour.
