Henys tour to Abu Simbel
Amazing trip to Aswan with Hany. He was the best tour guide we had — truly made our luxury experience a 10/10.
We travelled in a beautiful, comfortable vehicle and he shared so much informative and interesting knowledge along the way.
Heny went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt safe, well looked after, and completely relaxed the whole time.
I would highly recommend him for any tour. He’s reliable, friendly, and genuinely a great person.

Revisé todas las opciones de Trip advisor y la mejor con diferencia
Tour gestionado muy bien la verdad, si tuviese que repetir lo haría con ellos sin lugar a dudas y mira que revisé casi todos los touroperadores para encontrar el mejor… Inicialmente reservamos con ellos por las valoraciones positivas, posibilidad de hacerlo en español y principalmente por la posibilidad de hacer la actividad más tarde de la hora normal lo cual permite visitarlo con mucha calma y casi sin nadie…
Recomendaciones: ya he explicado antes que ir más tarde tiene su motivo y es que los martes y jueves la mayoría de cruceros que hacen el trayecto Aswan-Luxor y viceversa utilizan esos días para organizar las visitas a este lugar, el resto de días siguen siendo utilizados de igual forma, por eso recomiendo usar la función de google para ver como de lleno suele estar el lugar para el día y la hora de la semana que tenéis en mente. De igual modo nosotros fuimos un jueves (día malo) pero a las 1:30pm pudimos tener fotos y videos del templo completamente vacíos… una maravilla la verdad.
Como desempeñan la actividad (doy información para saber que esperar, no estoy criticando ya que como he dicho repetiría de nuevo sin dudarlo):
Hicimos la reserva unos meses antes pero hasta el día de antes no se pusieron en contacto con nosotros a diferencia de otros operadores de otras actividades que habíamos contratado… La tarde-noche de antes de la actividad se puso en contacto el conductor que nos llevaba desde el hotel de Aswan a Abu Simbel, especificando el lugar y la hora exacta.
A la mañana siguiente 10minutos antes de la hora especificada el conductor nos estaba esperando con unos snack, refrescos y agua. Tras esto comenzamos la ruta hacia Abu Simbel… el conductor tras 1h30min nos preguntó si queríamos parar en un sitio para descansar un poco (en un restaurante aparentemente típico para turistas ya que había varios buses con turistas estacionados), como nos encontrábamos bien le pedimos que continuase y así hizo. Una vez llegamos al lugar nos encontramos con el guía Mahmoud, el cual hablaba un castellano muy fluido y muy fácil de entender, que es cuanto menos admirable… nos sentamos a la sombra mientras nos explicó un poco la historia y que ver una vez dentro y por qué se dedica a esto, además de la referencia al templo egipcio ubicado en Madrid. Tras esto él se queda fuera al igual que el casi todos los guías turísticos para no abarrotar los templos de gente quieta escuchando una explicación. Tras visitar todo a tu tiempo (unas 2h si te tomas tu tiempo como nosotros) él te estará esperando y guiando hacia la salida, donde te esperará el chofer y volveréis al hotel o punto especificado.

Great trip to Abu Simbel
Picked up on time but driver Hany, he was polite and courteous and ensured our safety and comfort the whole journey. Car was very clean and he also brought us snacks for the long ride. Our guide when we arrived at Abu Simbel was also Hany, who was very cheerful and knowledgeable. Overall we had a great day and would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

Highly Recommend George as Driver
Our driver George was excellent for our round trip from Aswan to Abu Simbel. George was very safe and efficient in his driving and also punctual for pick-ups. The car was very comfortable and quite new. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a driver to Abu Simbel!

Highly recommended day trip to Abu Simbel
Our driver Hani was brilliant and knew the roads so well. He pointed out various things on the way and took us to a great local place for a delicious fish lunch. It’s a long way but a very comfortable car and it went quickly.
We left Aswan at 8am which was perfect as Abu Simbel wasn’t too busy when we arrived.
The guide, Wallied, was also great and told the story and history of Abu Simbel and Ramses really well. The temples are stunning.

A wonderful experience
An excellent experience. Both the tour company and Hany, the driver, confirmed with me the day before. Hany was perfectly on time and drives very smoothly. He provides snacks and water, and the car is very comfortable with AC.
During the ride, Hany gives much information about what we see on the way and answers any questions you might have. We stop halfway in a station where we can buy snacks and go to the bathroom. It is clean and we can see a mirage in the desert on the other side of the road.
At the temple, Hany gave me as much time as I wanted and I stayed a bit more than 2 hours. I chose the 7 o'clock tour, which is perfect because there are not many people and it's not so hot yet when we arrive at 11 am. I was even alone in some parts of the temple, which I hadn't expected at all. The guide told me that there were 6000-8000 people early on the morning, so if you can, you should avoid leaving at 4 am with all the buses.
The French-speaking guide gives a bit of information before we enter the temples because guides cannot go inside. It's a bit of context information and he can answer our questions.
Then Hany advised me a good fish restaurant in Abou Simbel and it was delicious. On the way back, Hany even offered me some ice cream and more water, and offered to stop on the road to watch the sunset on the Sahara desert.
In the evening, Hany realised I had lost my sunglasses under my seat and he offered to bring them back to the hotel.
Thanks so much to Hany for being so kind and for making this day such a wonderful experience! Going to Abou Simbel was an old dream of mine and it couldn't have gone better.

Aswan to Abu Simbel day trip
Our driver Koko was punctual with 6am pickup and patient. Koko took us safely to Abu Simbel as it was a long drive with parts of the road being quite challenging. Abu Simbel was majestic and worth the effort. Before heading back to Aswan, we had lunch at a local place where the food was simple but full of flavourful. It was a good day out and got to the airport in Aswan around 5pm.

Great Abu Simbel Tour
We had an excellent tour with Markos our driver and Hani our tour guide at Abu Simbel.
Markos was a very safe driver and spoke excellent English. The minivan was very comfortable and made the long journey enjoyable.
Hani, our local guide, was full of knowledge, spoke excellent English and made the experience fun and enjoyable.
Markos recommend an excellent lunch spot to stop at ahead of heading home.
Would 100% recommend booking with them!

Hany Amir was our driver...
Hany Amir was our driver from Aswan to Abu Simbel. He was a wonderful influence on our experience due to the long drive there and back. He ensured we were comfortable and well looked after and he shared a lot of history about Egypt, the Sahara landscape that we saw on the drive. Once we arrived at Abu Simbel we were taken aback by the stunning statues and temples. Job well done, Hany!
