The cruise was great! Lots of of fun activities and places to see (although a bit packed at times). Owf , our guide made us feel welcome and helped us learn a lot, would definitely recommend him as a guide for your Aswan/Luxor trip

Un viaje increíble e inolvidable!!. El crucero en muy buenas condiciones, muy limpio, cómodo y elegante. El servicio simplemente excelente. Todos muy amigables amables e inmediatos para atender y que todo vaya perfectamente. Sin duda alguna nuestro guía Mohammed Hassan fue lo que hizo nuestro viaje insuperable. Su español perfecto, muy preparado y conocedor con el material y sitios que nos tocaba explorar. Nos ayudó con imprevistos con mucho profesionalismo, buena actitud y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Exacto con todas las instrucciones y siempre de buen humor. En conjunto todo el tour sobrepasó nuestras expectativas. Muy recomendado.

Compramos este pack ya que incluía el globo aerostático y El dia anterior a la excursion del globo, nos informan que se cancela debido a la meterologia. se nos informa que la devolucion es solo 30$ cuando el coste de la excursion es de 130$. Estoy intentando hacer la reclamación del globo para que me devuelvan mi dinero pero tampoco facilitan un contacto y no se como ponerme en contacto con ellos. Tambien comentar que se nos cancelaron las excursiones de esa misma tarde y perdimos todo un dia en el barco sin poder salir y nos la pusieron al dia siguiente. eso influyo tener que hacer mas de 5 visitas en un tiempo mas reducido, y perjudico no poder visitar todo como se debia, en el cual tampoco se incluia la comida. A parte de esto, la gente del crucero fue excelente. Gente muy amable, es una experiencia que recomiendo pero sin la excursión del globo ya que no te lo aseguran y no te hacen la devolución del dinero.

El barco está muy bien y la comida es buena. Pero la verdad que no es lógico ir desde Aswan a Abu Simbel saliendo muy temprano a la mañana ir 4 horas en micro estar en el lugar que es maravilloso solo 1 rato y volver de nuevo 4 horas en micro. Sugiero ir a Abu Simbel dormir ahí volver y hacer el crucero de w noches. De hecho el primer día el crucero funciona como hotel ya que no navega. Por otra parte no se si es siempre así pero el operador local no nos confirmó hasta el final cuando nos buscarían en el hotel, se equivocaron de barco y varios temas de organización no quedaban claro. Tampoco el guía que nos tocó era muy bueno, solo repetía nombres de faraones y dioses sin explicar nada de la historia y cultura local. Tal vez con un buen guía y los lugares maravillosos que se ven hubiera sido mejor.

Contratamos com opção de guia em espanhol, mas um dos tours teve que ser em inglês. Em Abu Simbel tivemos problemas com o guia que não nos encontrou onde deveria, mas conseguimos seguir com outro grupo. Ao final, acabou dando tudo certo. O guia em espanhol que nos acompanhou na maioria dos passeios era ótimo, falava bem e foi atencioso. Conseguia me comunicar com a agência e tirar as dúvidas pelo WhatsApp facilmente.

Firstly, there was good communication from the cruise company, although they did try and offer us a different, supposedly better boat, on the morning of the cruise - however it would have missed out Abu Simbel. We declined. The boat we had was the Nile Jewel. The staff were all wonderful but the room was even more cramped than I'd expected - we were a group of 3 and they'd just squeezed 3 single beds into the standard cabin (i.e. one that two people would usually share). The room also felt a bit damp. It was generally fine. Food was good and plentiful although the breakfast bags for the early morning excursions left a lot to be desired. The itinerary was ok but did seem to land us at several monuments (e.g Abu Simbel) at peak times hampering our enjoyment. Our guide was also a bit hit and miss and his knowledge was somewhat lacking in places. We finished the cruise exhausted due to 2 X 4am starts and 1 X 6am start. The one afternoon we had to relax on the boat cruising down the Nile was wonderful.

We had the most amazing time on this cruise. Our tour guide, Owf was welcoming, accommodating, extremely kind and kept the tour fun and informative. He is very knowledgeable and loves to teach about the temples. We had an amazing view from our 4th floor room. Not sure what the other floors views are like. Definitely will book again.

My husband and I had such a great experience! Our tour guide Owf, was absolutely amazing! He made us feel at home and treated us like family. Would definitely recommend him when looking for a tour guide. Our room was on the 4th floor and the view was breath taking. The room and the showers were clean and updated. Will book again when we come back.
