The experience was interesting, the Nubian Village is so fascinating with a strong culture and friendly people. The boat trip on the Nile to reach the village was an amazing experience as well. We had dinner in the Nubian village and the food was very tasty.

Amazing experience it's been visiting the nubian village and if you are visiting Aswan is a must do activity. The nubian culture is different from the egyptian one and you can discover it at its best here in Aswan. Mido, our guide, was kind and focused on making the best experience for us. He also offered us to have a nubian dinner, as a separate package to buy separately 15USD per person. I suggest to do it, the food was very delicious, the restaurant was beautiful and with a great view on the Nile River.

Marwa was an absolutely incredible guide and we cannot recommend this tour more highly. She herself is Nubian and has an in-depth understanding of the culture that an average tour guide would not. The breathtaking beauty and the hospitality of the Nubian villages make the excursion a must-do for any visitors to Aswan. As an added bonus, you’d also be supporting a small, women-owned business in an incredibly competitive industry!

Uma experiência maravilhosa. A ida para a aldeia de lancha pelo rio Nilo é surpreendente. Tem uma parada nas areias onde você pode comprar muitas lembranças e ir de camelo à aldeia. A Aldeia é fantástica: colorida, alegre, com mil barracaspara lembranças de todos tipos, além de temperos para todo gosto. O passeio é imperdível.

Après une belle balade en bateau sur le nil parmi les roseaux ,passage par le " village Nubien " très coloré. Tout en demi teinte, entre la réalité, les maisons colorées et le piège à touristes avec énormément de boutiques. Cependant les Gens du village sont très gentil et accueillant, tout est là, même le crocodile du nil. Bon souvenir.

Nosotros hicimos el tour con nuestro guía del barco que contrató una faluca para nosotros. Fue un paseo y un día delicioso. Fuimos a otro pueblo nubio, un anciano profesor nos enseñó el alfabeto y los números en una escuelita decorada con colores vivos, como sus casas. Después nos invitaron a una casa nubia y nos invitaron a te, dulces, quesos y otras viandas. Evidentemente es todo turístico pero lo ingenuo y lo entrañable estaba por encima de todo. Yo diría que de lo mejorcito de todo Egipto.

Our visit to Aswan and the Nubian village was by far the best. It was a great experience filled with so much history and we enjoyed learning about the Nubian way of life. Our tour guide Dowa was amazing. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable and the boat driver was very friendly as well. We really appreciate them and helping to make our experience a memorable one.

My tour was fantastic, from start to finish. Dua took great care to customize the tour, what we saw and ensured we were doing things that were important for me to see. She was incredibly patient as I continued to stop to take pictures, which is great since there are SO MANY photo opportunities in the beautiful and friendly Nubian village and along the Nile.
