Enjoying learning the culture of Nubian people and viewing the beautiful Sun Set of Nile River.
In a beautiful mid April afternoon, we four seniors rode modern motorboat in Nile River to Nubian Village. Our tour guide picked up us and two families at meeting point near our cruise ship at 4:00 PM. Our motor boat travelled along Nile River and headed for Sohail Island.
We disembarked on Sohail Island , and visited Nubian Catos or Nubian houses to taste welcome tea. The colorful painted walls, every color representing natural item. We learned the culture of the Nubian people. Blue is Nile River while red is dates, etc. Tour guide rushed to embark the motorboat in order to view the sunset.

The perfect way to explore Nubian place!
The tour was perfect. Our guide Mido explained us everything related to Nubian market, houses and life style perfectly. He helped us to take pictures and we had a great time with him. Highly recomended!!!!!

We are very lucky of having Mido as our tour guide. He is exceptionally great. He is professional, polite, caring and patient with all sorts of our questions . He has lots of knowledgeable.
