Naviga attraverso il Mar Rosso fino al Parco Nazionale di Ras Mohammed, sede di alcune delle barriere coralline più vivaci dell'Egitto. More about the diving than snorkelling
Collection in the morning was on time but bus had no Aircon so was exceptionally warm. At least it wasn’t midday! Then there was an horrendous 2 hour wait for our boat. Asked for the fins which were included and kept getting told they were extra cost!! Only when I showed my receipt with them included did they give them and then they only had limited sizes with many broken. The focus on the trip was on selling diving, videos and anything else that would make them money. The snorkelling was not pleasant as spent 2 hours on a tiny overcrowded pinnacle with at times 25 boats moored onto it. Limited communication from guides as they were too busy trying to sell diving etc. The next stop was a bit better but we were only given 15 minutes in the water for snorkelling. Then 15 minutes to White Island which had to be the most underwhelming experience! A tiny island that must have had 500 people or more crammed onto it. Really not what was advertised and really felt disappointed with whole day. Then when we arrived back at the harbour we had another painful and hot wait for our minibus and in the end they had to get another bus for us. Would not do again! Would have been better if customers had been given honest timescales rather than having to guess how long we would be in any place.

Ras Mohammed
Le aspettative erano abbastanza alte ma sono state disattese. Dopo lo snorkeling di ras Mohammed, siamo stati fermi sulla nave per ben 3h senza cibo in quanto le guide erano impegnate a farsi il bagno anziché procedere per la metà successiva oppure sfamare tutti noi viaggiatori a bordo sotto il sole cocente dalle 11,30 a oltre le 14. Ultima tappa alla Isola Bianca che non ne è valsa la pena in quanto, per colpe loro, non abbiamo avuto tempo a sufficienza per godercela. È stato fatto tutto in fretta e furia nell'arco di 15 minuti. Nemmeno il tempo di godersela e fare due foto decenti che bisogna immediatamente tornare a bordo per fare ritorno al porto. ESPERIENZA NON OTTIMALE.

Boffffff !!!!
Started bad from the pick-up, all other companies came inside the hotel to pick-up guests except this company, we waited half an hour at the reception and we had to rush the hotel staff to bring us a golf car to arrive to the main door outside. Bring your food if you choose it. Prepare yourself to pay 30€ more per person to dive more than three minutes ( just to let people know, I booked the premium ticket -most expensive - diving included and they will tell that this dive is only on the surface - I’m not speaking about snorkelling - so it’s 30€ to dive more metters to see fish etc). The young guy on the boat, who put you the life jackets etc is very sweet and professional ( we called the Uber) because he kept helping my mother to swim, he was very nice ! You have maximum 10 min on the island … nothing Waw.

Tour di mezza giornata di snorkeling
Abbiamo fatto una fantastica gita di snorkeling con Aquarius Red Sea! Tutto era molto ben organizzato, il personale era cordiale e professionale e l'intera esperienza è stata sicura e piacevole. I punti per lo snorkeling erano bellissimi, con molti pesci colorati e acqua limpida. L'attrezzatura era in buone condizioni e l'equipaggio si è assicurato che tutti fossero a proprio agio durante il viaggio. Tutto è stato eccellente dall'inizio alla fine. Altamente raccomandato, e prenoteremmo sicuramente di nuovo con loro!

Esperienza fantastica. Il tour è stato surreale e il personale subacqueo della barca Alfredo è stato fantastico, divertente e super cordiale. 10 / 10 lo consiglierei e ci tornerei!

Unacceptable Behavior by the Crew Toward Tourists
The crew needs to be more polite and respectful toward tourists. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service that should be provided. Also the food was terrible and salty.

Rip-off
This experience felt like a complete rip-off. We paid extra in advance for the scuba diving activity, but when we arrived on the boat for the Sharm El Sheikh Ras Mohammed excursion, we were told we had to pay an additional **€50 per person** if we wanted to dive deeper. Then, after the dive, they demanded another **€70 per person** for the photos and videos. There was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to discuss the charges. They could clearly see I was there with my kids and that capturing those memories was important to us. It felt like they took advantage of that and pressured us into paying. I've rarely felt so exploited as a customer. To make matters worse, the person in charge told me they would investigate the situation and get back to me. They never followed up. The lack of transparency, unexpected extra charges, and poor customer service completely ruined what should have been a memorable experience. I would not recommend this excursion.
