This was super cool! Had a great guide and he was young and fun! Wish we could have really opened up on those quads and let it rip in that desert but there were so many people I can only imagine the carnage if we did! This is the quintessential Egypt tourist experience that can’t be missed!

Mio marito ed io volevamo il buggy da 4 posti ed è quello che ho prenotato qui. Dopo la prenotazione, sono stata contattata dagli organizzatori via WhatsApp per dirmi che dovevo pagare 10 $ in più poiché il minimo per i 4 posti è di 3 persone e, dato che siamo in 2, avremmo avuto invece quello da 2 posti. L'autista è passato a prenderci in hotel, siamo arrivati lì, abbiamo pagato i 10 $ prima di iniziare, ma abbiamo comunque avuto il buggy da 4 posti. L'esperienza è stata molto bella anche se molto polverosa, assicuratevi di farla al tramonto perché le montagne rocciose sembreranno incredibili. Dopo un po', siamo scesi dal buggy per fare l'esperienza con i cammelli. Il giro in cammello è durato circa 2-3 minuti e non mi è piaciuto molto. Soprattutto quando il proprietario del cammello ha iniziato a imprecare contro di me in arabo perché non gli ho dato la mancia, pensando che non parlassi arabo (se avessi avuto il resto, glieli avrei dati sicuramente 50, ma purtroppo eravamo appena arrivati e non ne avevamo). Dopodiché, siamo stati portati in quella che hanno chiamato tenda beduina. Quella sosta è stata una perdita di tempo e di denaro. Ci hanno fregato con una bottiglia d'acqua (pagata 100) mentre proprio quando siamo arrivati al posto della cena ci hanno dato acqua gratis. Il mio consiglio è di non comprare nulla da quella tenda, solo il tè è gratis. Siamo andati al posto della cena dopo, la cena era okay (non la migliore) e lo stesso per lo spettacolo. Il mio consiglio, prenota solo l'esperienza e salta la cena. Il cibo nel tuo hotel all-inclusive e gli spettacoli nel tuo hotel saranno esattamente gli stessi o forse migliori. Un tizio ti scatterà foto e video durante quel periodo e li venderà alla fine (20 - 30 $). Ad essere onesti, ha fatto un bel lavoro ma non sentirti obbligato a comprarli. Non abbiamo pensato fosse necessario comprarli dato che almeno ci siamo goduti il giro.

Absolutely terrible experience — do not be fooled by the low price We booked this safari experience for my wife, my 8-year-old daughter and myself, expecting a fun family evening including hotel pickup and drop-off, a buggy ride, dinner and a show. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a complete disaster from beginning to end. It started with the transfer from our hotel. The driver’s behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He was constantly shouting while talking on his phone, and his appearance and clothing were not appropriate for someone representing a tourist activity. Once we arrived at the location, things became even worse. There were more than 50 people, with absolutely no organization or clear instructions. Nobody seemed to know what was happening or where we were supposed to go. We wasted a huge amount of time simply trying to understand how the activity was organized. The buggy experience was particularly concerning from a safety perspective. The buggy we were given was in very poor condition, the brakes were extremely weak, and there were no proper lights on the buggy. We also noticed that several of the quad bikes had no lights either. The entire excursion took place in darkness, so we could barely see anything and got almost nothing out of the supposed desert experience. From a safety standpoint, this was completely unacceptable. The staff were also constantly shouting at each other and seemed to be in a hurry to finish everything as quickly as possible rather than making sure guests were having a good experience. There was no feeling of hospitality or professionalism whatsoever. The dinner was extremely mediocre, and the show was honestly not even worth mentioning. Nothing about the evening felt enjoyable or well organized. We understand that this excursion is offered at a very low price compared with other safari experiences in Sharm El Sheikh. However, after experiencing it ourselves, we would strongly advise people not to choose an excursion simply because it is cheaper. In this case, the low price clearly comes with a very low level of service, organization, safety and overall quality. Overall, a horrible experience from start to finish. We would absolutely not recommend it, especially for families with children.
