VIP Cairo personal tour
Our trip to Cairo was fantastic, contacted before with collection information and tickets. Mo Bachan our tour guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of care. The pyramids and syphix were well worth the early start. Amir our driver was brilliant navigating the crazy streets of Cairo, always there to welcome us back with a smile. Thank you FTS travel for a great trip, highly recommend.

PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY RUINED OUR HOLIDAY.
Please. Please. Please. I beg of you. Do not book this trip. Save yourself the hassle Our trip was re arranged twice 30 mins before we were supposed to begin at 3am and then cancelled on us and told we are being refunded. We tried multiple times to contact the company in which they gave no reply. Our sole purpose for coming to Egypt was to see the pyramids and we were unable to due to this company. They told us we will receive pick up times in the afternoon. After not hearing back from them for hours I contacted get your guide customer service who also told us that they are unable to get in contact with them. Get your guide tried for a long time to call them while we were waiting at reception to be picked up for our flight and had no reply. They ended up just refunding us the money as they didn’t even turn up or reply to any of our messages. They have absolutely ruined our holiday and soiled the entire purpose of us visiting Egypt. We leave tomorrow and feel as though this was a massive waste of time and money. As I said. Please I beg do not book with this company. We found out the company were also reluctant to refund us our money even though they were unable to take us. Utter scam.

Ahmed Assan a été un excellent guide. Il est très compétent, très gentil et vous conseille et ne vous laisse pas tomber face aux vendeurs de souvenirs. La visite du musée est un peu rapide mais suffit à voir le principal. La visite des pyramides a été géniale et le guide nous a accompagné pour un tour en chameau en fixant un prix très raisonnable sans avoir à marchander. La visite du salon d'huile était très intéressante et le personnel très gentil.

Excellent a real great day out finding out about the history and the tour guide was very knowledgeable but will get taken to places during the day where your money will try to be spent just be careful !!!

Spannender Tag in Kairo und and den Pyramiden
Es war toller, erlebnisreicher Tag, welcher von unserem Tourguide Hamdeen organisiert wurde. Er wusste sehr viel über die ägyptische Geschichte und Kultur zu berichten und sprach sehr gutes Deutsch. Der Tag war sehr abwechslungsreich und bot auch Möglichkeiten zu individualisieren. Vielen Dank!

I rated 5 stars as this was a fantastic day from start to end. From getting collected, flight to Cairo and back, there were no worries or stress, guide Ibrahim was fab, he had in-depth knowledge as well as gave us the best experience. Our driver Ehad, was great also, made the journey with no issues as well as was always nearby too, lunch was great and plenty to choose, including all the venues we visited. To have a stress free trip to Cairo to see the pyramids, museum, spinx, and other attractions, then these guys are the best, FTS travels.
