Buon pranzo!

Do NOT waste your money, I've never experienced such poor treatment. This was the WORST trip ever. They picked us up 15 mins early and then kept us waiting for 2 hours before transferring to the bigger bus. they tried to squeeze so many of us on the smaller bus initially, people were asked to sit on each other!! Weren't given any indications of when we were arriving, only told when we got there. the bus journey was AWFUL. My partner was crying by the time we arrived, the seats were so uncomfortable and the driver was driving so recklessly. when we got to the museum, the tour organiser tells me and my partner we're switching buses, this was never told to us before. we were rushed and shouted at to get our bags off the bus. driver was so rude and rushing us. in the commotion my partner dropped all her medication when coming off the bus because of the crowds and being pushed around. the tour organiser didn't even wait for us, he'd walked off and we were running around trying to find him. we then got put in a small english speaking group and the tour guide was AWFUL. he kept going on his phone, walking off randomly, giving us 'free time'. he'd pick random parts of the museum and was literally reading out the text or telling us such basic information. he then walked off when we were at the pyramids and our small group lost him. me and my partner nearly got run over, we were just left in the middle with loads of cars, coaches, camels etc. he seemed nice but he was the worst tour guide, his english made no sense. they randomly took us to some painting and perfume shops which was not on the description, such a waste of time. trying to be sold stupid things and just waiting around for ages, it was clear the tour operators get commission with any sales. we then were told we could pay them for dinner on the coach. they said it was $10 and we obviously only had Egyptian currency and not USD. they charged us DOUBLE the amount because we paid in their local currency?! the tour operator said it was the restaurants decision but I think they were just pocketing the extra money, scammers!! they kept us waiting in the perfume shop for over an hour before we left to go back. they weren't telling us when we were leaving and we nearly got on the wrong coach because noone was helping us! i was so glad to be back. we wish we booked another guide or did this ourselves because it was such a waste of money. noone was telling us what was happening, the plan, the timings etc. don't waste your money with this trip. book another operator. i don't usually write complaints but the fact we were shouted at, scammed, left alone, and that my partner was left without any of her essential medication because of the actions of the staff, i had to say something. i don't know how this trip has such good reviews. we weren't the only disappointed ones. absolutely shocking. only giving 1 star because the pyramids itself was good but everything else was appalling

We had a great time in Cairo! Our trip started at 0100 on Tuesday and we returned to our hotel at 0400 wednesday Our tour guide Rana showes us firstly round the Egyptian Museum, providing us with facts about the Egyptian Kings and Queens and showing us the most important areas, also giving us free time to look at the Tutankhamen area and see the mummies. We then went on a boat across the Nile river which cost extra but we would definitely recommend! Then we stopped for lunch at a restaurant (included in the cost) before continuing to the Pyramids of Giza . We hired a camel just for Photoshop . Then we saw the great sphinx which was also amazing. Rana made us feel like welcome guests, also providing us with guidance on how to deal with being hassled around the pyramids and great sphinx areas. He also showed us the best shops which had the best deals for Egyptian made artefacts so we were very satisfied with his help and guidance! We would definitely recommend doing this trip to anyone thinking about it as it is a once in a lifetime experience! Egypt was very safe and we had no issues on our tour.💐✈️

Was a great trip, very well organised and planned. The guide Mario was brilliant and explained everything at the museums. The food was really nice for the lunch which was a buffet , it was cooked fresh and we had a nice table. The toilets on the bus were terrible though, it smelled, the tap was broken and there was no tissue. For such a long journey it was never cleaned. Not even once we were out for the whole day. The hard sell at the end was the perfume shop. Nobody wants this after a long trip. Overall it was an amazing experience and made great memories. Thank you

The trip was very interesting and we enjoyed it a lot. The guide was very knowledgeable and put a lot of effort into guiding. It was clear that he enjoys his work, as he presented the sights to us in an interesting way. He made our journey safe and he was one of the best tour guides we've had. But, the drive from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo was not comforble. The seats on a large bus are too close together.

An excellent option to get to know Cairo economically and safely, they were very fulfilling and even my experience was unique since I was the only one on this tour, the bus trip was comfortable, somewhat delayed on the road due to the checkpoints, which they cannot manage we continued to Cairo where I got off this bus alone, which was a help from the operator, my guide, an excellent person, AHMED, waited for me, we started the tour, just the two of us, my personal guide, there is where you can see that they comply, apparently they did not have any more tourists but Even so, they didn't cancel me and they did WELL FOR IT, we started at the museum, the guide knows too much, he showed me everything and in turn my personal photographer THANK YOU AHMED, from there we went to the Nile, this with an additional cost, not too much for having been alone in a boat of 20 people, as I said, fully private, when we finished there we went to lunch with typical buffet style food where they treated you well, from there to the magic of the pyramids where for an additional cost and organized by him he got me a camel ride for a unique price where Being local and knowing so many people, you feel sure that they are not going to scam you. THAT'S THE BEST THING about there, full views from various sides, all the time in a car to the sphinx, the guide was always attentive and he invited me to water for his account great experience and friendship already at the end of this experience while we were waiting for the same bus that was with another bus somewhere else, suddenly another operator, AHMED himself, and the driver of the private car invited me to a typical Egyptian cafe where they invited me coffee and hookah WHAT GREAT EXPERIENCE I WANT TO THANK THE TEAM AND SPECIALLY AHMED FOR THAT GREAT ATTENTION I RECOMMEND THEM 100 PERCENT
