Tutto al di sopra delle aspettative!!
Esperienza super positiva fin dalla prenotazione online che al ritorno in hotel.. Bambini felicissimi, il comandante della barca molto gentile e disponibile ha fatto sedere i bambini sui vetri per dei video e delle foto,cosa molto apprezzata e con piacere ho lasciato qualcosa di mancia..
Un valore aggiunto alla guida che ci ha accompagnato di nome Nabil, molto preparato e professionale, parlava correttamente italiano più altre 6 lingue, culturalmente molto preparato e piacevole nel viaggio,una persona a parer mio al di sopra delle classiche guide turistiche.. Quest'anno,(dopo la 4a volta a sharm) un po' scontenti e sconcertati per il villaggio e certi comportamenti di altri suoi connazionali, dopo questa esperienza abbiamo ritrovato un po' di armonia poiché tutti sono stati disponibili, educati e piacevoli cosa che purtroppo non stiamo riscontrando dove alloggiamo.. Chiusa parentesi, consiglio a tutti questa escursione con Nabil senza nulla togliere agli altri suoi colleghi.. A presto!!

In addition to the amazing boat tour itself, the company manager went above and beyond by sharing interesting historical insights about the city throughout the trip. This unexpected touch added a real depth to the experience and was incredibly valuable.
The boat tour was fantastic – we saw beautiful coral reefs and a wide variety of fish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour company to anyone visiting the area, and we'll definitely be using them again on future trips!

Piacevole gita in barca!
Ottima mattinata fuori! Tanti pesci da vedere e una bella e rilassante gita in barca. Ciò che ha reso il viaggio è stata la professionalità e la cordialità di "Sharm Smile Tours". La loro comunicazione è stata ottima dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato. Ci siamo sentiti in mani molto sicure.

Guida turistica / autista avvincente e straordinaria vita marina
La nostra guida è stata incredibilmente istruttiva su tutti gli aspetti di Sharm come luogo e sulla sua storia interessante. Era anche molto gentile e super affidabile essendo puntuale nel ritiro e nella riconsegna. La barca con fondo di vetro non ha deluso. È un ottimo modo per vedere gli incredibili coralli e il mare brulicante di bellissimi pesci. Lo consiglio vivamente come. Breve escursione.

Highlight of our family trip to Sharm El Sheikh
Our experience started when our guide, Mohammed, picked us up from our hotel. He was very friendly and gave us a fascinating tour of the area as he drove us to the beach (we communicated in Italian, but he was also excellent in English). While waiting for the boat tour, we got to relax in the shade and enjoy amazing guava/mango/strawberry smoothies sold by the beach bar. The, the boat tour itself was magical. The water is remarkably clear, and we saw a huge variety of fish including a big manta ray. The driver gave us bread crumbs to feed the fish, and our kids had the best time. Mohammed was waiting for us on shore to take us back to our hotel. It was a really delightful morning out, and we're so glad we got to have this experience.

Esperienza straordinaria. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che visitano Sharm. Pick up driver auto molto amichevole e super pulita. Il capitano della nave è estremamente istruttivo e interessante. Posto meraviglioso per scattare una foto straordinaria e vedere la vita sottomarina. Anche organizzatore gentile e molto grato.
Viaggio molto completo. Eventuale rinfresco a bordo. 55! ! ! !

Would not hesitate to book with Sharm Smile Tour again!
I don’t generally leave reviews, however, I felt that must for Sharm Smile Tour!
We visited Sharm with our 3.5yo daughter and I was looking for some activities that would be child friendly and not too long.
I have done an extensive search online for a company to organise swimming with dolphins, deciding against the ones offered at the resort (as activity is already quite expensive + prices at the resort are usually added), I came across Sharm Smile Tour. They had recent reviews available on their website, as well as detailed explanation of all the services offered. But what set them aside for me was the effectiveness and ease of communication! There is an online chat that you can ask your question on and actually get prompt respond! I was then contacted on WhatsApp that made communication even easier. Mohamed Nabil was very polite, informative and accommodating, giving suggestions for the more suitable time for the activity, as well as giving time to think and reconfirm the next day. He wasn’t pushy at all (which I highly value)
Sharm Smile Tour was also one of the few direct companies accepting card payment rather than only cash, which was important to me. We have booked swimming with dolphins and glass bottom boat.
The transportation time to both activities were reconfirmed the day before. Driver was punctual, well presented and helpful; car was clean. Mohamed met us and stayed with us though our the swimming with dolphins activity, assisting with translation when needed or giving advice and pointers as he knew people working there, which was very helpful.
He has also checked in to see how our boat trip went and if we were happy.
I felt that he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to ensure we had a good time. You can tell that he really cares about his business and values his customers immensely.
We felt safe and were very pleased with not only the service received but also his kindness, attention and good and friendly nature.
I would not hesitate to book with Sharm Smile Tour again and recommend it to anyone!
