The tour is operated by local guides who are exceptionally knowledgeable in the history of the city. We booked a private tour which included a driver and tour guide which also included tickets to every site. Best decision we made because we skipped the long queues.

Eravamo due signore e prenotato l'auto con autista solo pacchetto. Abbiamo Ali Omar come nostro autista. Ci è venuto a prendere in orario. Ci ha portato alla Valle dei Re prima, ci ha dato circa 2 ore per esplorare, poi ci ha portato al Tempio della Regina Hatshepsut e ci ha dato circa un'ora, abbiamo fatto una sosta fotografica ai Colossi Di Memnon. Ha chiesto se volevamo andare a vedere i negozi locali che producevano articoli di amianto, ma abbiamo saltato. Poi siamo andati al Tempio di Karnak e ci abbiamo passato un'ora. Faceva davvero caldo e tutto il cammino era faticoso. Se non siete stanchi trascorrereste più tempo al Tempio di Karnak. Viviamo a 5 minuti a piedi dal Tempio di Luxor così abbiamo deciso di essere riaccompagnati in hotel e siamo andati durante il tramonto al Tempio di Luxor. Era un grande pilota, molto competente, ci ha fatto sentire sicuri e ha fatto un lavoro straordinario. Vi consiglio di prenderli in considerazione. Erano anche i più economici e davvero offerto tutto quello che volevamo quindi è un botto per il dollaro.

I had a great tour with Alejandro. It was super smooth, good pace, we learned a lot and were very comfortable at all times. We could see everything we wanted and had plenty of time for photos. Lunch was good. Guide skipped the usual shops other tours take you to. What I'd improve: - Water bottles were given a bit late - Guide was very keen on extraterrestrial explanations for many things. I thought it was a disservice to the ancient egyptian workers and designers.

My husband, my 6 year old daughter and I visited Luxor on the 29th of January, 2025. We booked our tour thorough Get Your Guide website and via EMO Tours. First of all, if you are planning a trip to Egypt, you can't skip Luxor. For us, group tours are a bit difficult as our 6 year old daughter gets tired or gets bored of things pretty quickly. But with Ms Sawsan's guidance the full day trip was a breeze. We booked a private tour and the tour included Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple. Our guide and the driver were there right on time at 9 in the morning. Our car was very comfortable and our driver was professional. Our guide Ms Sawsan spoke perfect English and she was not only knowledgeable but also fun to be with. She answered all our questions patiently and she was there for us all day. I needed to get some medicine from the pharmacy, she even helped us find one and talked to the pharmacist on my behalf. You can also tailor your trip based on your needs. You might wanna go to more places by adding more sights or you can skip going to some places if you feel tired like we did. They are ready to accommodate your needs. Finally I have to mention the lunch. I believe they take most tour groups to this restaurant but the food was amazingly mouthwatering. There are options like fish, beef and meatballs and a vegetarian dish along with rice and drinks. We stayed in Egypt for about 10 days and I could easily say that this food was by far the best ever!

The booking itself was easy. However the company was not responding, lack of communication and understanding my needs. I would not recommend the company. They need to train and select staff better and communicate efficiently. I requested my money back and they never responded

We had a great day with our guide Mustafa! He is extremely knowledgeable and shared so much information about the sites. Lunch was delicious, and our driver was great too. This is definitely worth the money.

Comenzamos el día visitando el templo de Luxor, después Karnak, el Valle de los Reyes, el templo de Hatshepshut, fuimos a comer a un restaurante típico egipcio con buffet libre delicioso y después fuimos a los colosos de memnon. El tour fue maravilloso, el guia hablaba perfecto español, sus explicaciones fueron muy completas, respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas y el tiempo en cada lugar fue adecuado, dejándonos también tiempo libre en cada monumento. Una buena experiencia. El conductor también fue muy amable y atento.

Très bonne prestation, notre guide Abdrabo, guide en anglais, est un conducteur hors pair et nous a expliqué énormément de choses sur les temples, les rois, les constructions, les tombeaux, ... Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité durant toute l'excursion et nous repartons pleins de souvenirs et de connaissances sur l'Égypte antique. Tout au long de la route il nous explique les constructions, les découvertes par les differents archeologues de toutes origines, mais nous fait aussi participer en nous posant des questions sur ce que nous voyons avant de nous dire directement pourquoi telles personnes vivent à tels endroits, ... En mode devinette, le voyage est plus chouette ! Il n'a pas hésité à faire un détour si on lui demandait, et à nous proposer d'aller manger un morceau, boire un coup, ... Prise en charge et retour dans notre guest house, voiture confortable avec climatisation (mais en cette saison il ne faisait pas trop chaud). Je recommande à 100% !
