Längere Jeepfahrt bis in ein Beduinendorf. Sonnenuntergang konnte in Ruhe von einem Hügel aus angesehen werden. Sehr schöner Ausflug.

This trip was well organised, you arrive at the Bedouin village with a group of a few dozen people, I think around 5-6 jeeps. The view of the desert is mesmerizing. Moussa, the leader of the astronomer team was great, very funny and informative and the starwatching was a truly unforgettable experience (we were lucky to see the Milky Way). There are two young photographers who take really nice pictures during the whole adventure, in exchange for 10 USD/EUR. The camel ride was really fun. You are served a home cooked meal, which was really, really nice. I am only deducting one star because of the jeep driver. He was not communicative at all. We were picked up (travelling as two young women) from our hotel at the Makadi bay and were alone until he picked up the rest of the passengers from another hotel. He decided to take a shortcut through a deserted construction site and started to drive through deep holes and piles of gravel. I guess he wanted to show off, but this just made us uncomfortable since he didn't warn us at all or spoke to us. One of us actually hit our head and bled from the gums, so that was a little scary. Once the rest of the passengers were picked up, everything was fine.

Super safari sous les étoiles ! Très bon suivi de la part de l’équipe locale. Pickup à notre hôtel à l’heure Après un premier trajet jusqu’au point de départ du safari nous voilà partis en direction du désert et du village bédouin ! Notre chauffeur pour le tour MR Fox (Crazy Foxy dans le désert) nous a fait exploser ! Génial. Quelle conduite ! Waou Arrivés sur place nos guides Nasser et David nous ont familiarisés avec les lieux, les habitudes bédouines. Thé de bienvenue et eau fraîche pour chacun. Ensuite nous avons gravi une petite colline afin d’assister au coucher de soleil sur l’horizon. Retour au camp de base où un BBQ nous attendais ! Puis observation d’étoiles au télescope. Nous avons terminé la féerie des étoiles par un super explication de notre guide Nasser. Waou que d’informations. Retour sur la piste où on se demande comment Mr Crazy Foxy trouve son chemin dans le noir. Retour à notre hôtel. Merci à l’équipe pour l’organisation. Un grand mon merci à : Foxy Nasser David

Organizzazione ottima. Bravo a tutto il team! Bella esperienza avventurosa (la jeep sulle colline del deserto) fatta con i ragazzi che hanno visto un ambiente del tutto nuovo per loro. Anche la cena è stata molto buona. Consigliata!!!

Ahmed the driver was amazing. The entire experience is memorable and enjoyable. David, the astronomy guide was great. Dinner was delicious, much better than what we ate at hotel. Overall, worth every penny. Absolutely recommend these guys.

A great experience. Learnt much about the the Bendouin people (who live in the desert), their customs and traditions. Dinner was good in general, but as a vegetarian there was not a lot of options, salad was finished really quickly so ended up eating just rice and a teaspoon of salad. The star gazing was a truly magical experience as we had never seen a sky so full of stars. Our guide Nasser was, great extremely knowledgeable and explained the stars very well. A word of caution, the journey by jeep is not for everyone. There is no AC, just a basic cushioned bench on either side. We were a group of 7 and with the heat it was like being in an oven breathing hot air for the 2 hour journey. It's also a thrill experience on the way to the desert so if you don't like rollercoasters or going down steep hills at speed you may not enjoy the journey.
