Esperienza deludente con Legacy Tours: sconsigliato!
Abbiamo prenotato un tour privato di un giorno a Luxor con Legacy Tours, aspettandoci un viaggio personalizzabile e ben organizzato. Purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi.
Il tour è iniziato intorno alle 5 del mattino con l'arrivo di due autisti: ed è proprio qui che sono iniziati i problemi. Per un tour pubblicizzato in tedesco, ci si dovrebbe aspettare almeno che uno degli autisti capisca il tedesco o almeno l'inglese. Sfortunatamente non era così: si parlava solo arabo. La comunicazione era limitata a un telefono cellulare con un'app di traduzione: non era possibile fare altro. E questo è avvenuto su un percorso in cui abbiamo trascorso circa quattro ore ciascuno con gli stessi autisti!
Quando abbiamo provato a contattare l'organizzatore, ci è stato semplicemente detto che era "perfettamente normale" e che non era necessario comunicare con l'autista. Ciò è assolutamente inaccettabile, soprattutto per un servizio pubblicizzato come tour privato, per il quale abbiamo deliberatamente voluto avere la possibilità di influenzare in modo flessibile il percorso o le procedure. Questa flessibilità ci è stata semplicemente negata.
Fate attenzione quando prenotate questo tour!
Sebbene la guida turistica di lingua tedesca che abbiamo finalmente incontrato a Luxor dopo 4 ore e mezza fosse molto amichevole, competente e parlasse un ottimo tedesco, anche lui lavorava per un'agenzia esterna ed era visibilmente imbarazzato dalla scarsa organizzazione di Legacy Tours.
Conclusione: Il tour in sé è buono in termini di contenuti, ma il servizio, la comunicazione e l'organizzazione di Legacy Tours sono assolutamente inadeguati. Nel nostro caso: Mai più!

Such a beautiful trip !! Ahmed Elsisi was our tour guide and he had so much knowledge about everything around us . BomBa was our driver and he made sure the entire ride was smooth and everything we needed was taken care of. I highly recommend booking a trip with them

Grande giorno nostro a Luxor
Grande gita di un giorno a Luxor! La nostra guida turistica Hamza era molto ben informato. Non abbiamo mai dovuto fare la fila per i biglietti. È stata una visita efficiente e informativa. Ci è piaciuto molto essere in grado di adattare la giornata a noi. Il pranzo con vista sul Nilo era buono, aveva anche buone opzioni vegetariane, e il giro in barca era una bella aggiunta. L'autista era affidabile e veloce.

Amazing Experience! Would definitely recommend!
My wife and I had an amazing experience ! The ride to Luxor was a comfortable 4-hour drive. Our guide Shrehan was a lovely woman that instantly made us feel at ease. Before your visits your guide explains the history behind every stop which makes the experience so much more complete by having an understanding of what you’re looking at. Shrehan has a lot of knowledge about Egyptian history and explains everything in an interesting way, and in clear English! You don’t need to stand in lines for tickets and your driver is always waiting for you to go to the next stop. Also, you can leave your belongings in the car so you don’t need to carry it around everywhere. The food was great and the boat ride was very romantic and relaxing! The guide also gave us enough private moments to enjoy the scenery. Furthermore, you can choose your own tempo! If you want to have the best experience of Luxor as a couple or small family I would highly recommend this trip. All thanks to our driver and Shrehan!

Unforgettable Luxor day trip!
The one day trip to Luxor was simply unforgettable, Bomba the driver was so friendly and a great driver and made the trip very pleasant and stopped for breaks and food just at the right time. The private guide Abdul was so knowledgeable and made the Luxor temples tours unforgettable. Really recommend to all!

Giornata fantastica resa ancora migliore dalla nostra guida Ahmed Elsisi molto informato e istruttivo per tutto il giorno. Valle dei Re, Tempio di Hatshepsut, Felucca e Karnak memorabile giornata fuori.

Fabulous day trip
A very early start 5am but our family of 4 had a private mini bus so we had a row each to stretch out. This also stayed with us the whole day so we could leave our bags on it without having to trail them round with us. We picked up our guide Ahmed Elsisi just before entering Valley of the Kings. He did everything for us to make entry really easy. We only did the 3 tombs included with he package but now we’ve returned to our hotel wish we’d paid for either Seti I or Tut tombs. Our guide was not allowed inside the tombs with us but before entering each tomb he told us what to look out for. On leaving Valley of the Kings we went to Hatshepsut and WOW it’s spectacular to think it’s over 3000 years old, again our guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable and informative making the experience. We then stopped for lunch which was good but a huge amount of food the table was laden with sharing dishes and then we got our individual dishes which were served in clay pots and still sizzling. After lunch we relaxed on a Felucca taking us from the West Bank to the East Bank where our mini bus met us and took us to Karnak a truly magnificent temple. Ahmed again gave us such knowledge and information helping us to understand how the ancient Egyptians built these temples. After this we dropped our guide of and travelled back getting back at 8pm. A very long day but well worth it made al the more special by to stories toiled to us by Ahmed making it a very memorable day for us. Ballando a Luxor
Fantastica (faticosa) gita di un giorno da Hurghada. Trasporto comodo e puntuale a Luxor, e ritorno. Ahmed (la nostra guida) era superbo - esperto, affascinante e un avido fotografo. Pranzo delizioso. La Valle dei Re e i vari Templi erano incredibili (i bambini hanno anche messo giù i telefoni). Bella piccola crociera sul Nilo (con ballo obbligatorio... non chiedete) . Portare denaro contante per entrare nei bagni e consigli vari. L'unico problema minore è stata la sosta al workshop Alabastar che ha comportato alcune vendite abbastanza dure. Non spiacevole e la gente ha bisogno di guadagnarsi da vivere. Ma ricordi per tutta la vita.

Luxor Magic
A wonderful day. Superb organisation, from punctual pick-up, speedy (but safe) driver, delicious lunch and dancing on a boat on the Nile. But, the highlight was visiting the awe inspiring tombs and temples with the brilliant Ahmed El Sisi - Egyptologist, taker of many photos, dancer and wonderful guide. A trip the whole family will remember forever.

Ho prenotato questo privato...
Ho prenotato questo tour privato da Hurghada mentre viaggiavo con il mio compagno e 2 figlie - 4 anni e 1 anno. Questo non ha deluso. Siamo stati in grado di visitare questi luoghi storici e abbiamo avuto abbastanza tempo per scattare foto. La nostra guida Samira ha anche scattato foto di noi che erano incredibili. Lei era molto informato e cordiale. Mia figlia si è scaldata subito con lei. Abbiamo sicuramente avuto un grande momento.
