Very little time at the pyramids
The main part of this excursion should be the pyramids. But I got barely an hour there at the end of the day. The rest of the trip was useless perfume shops, spice shops, lunch, other stuff.
The pyramids should have been the highlight of the whole thing and the first thing to visit and last at least three hours.
I travelled for about 16 to 18 hours on the coach there and back from Hurghada just to have 1 hour at the pyramids. I did not have time to get close to the Sphinx either and saw it from a distance.
The pyramids closed at 4.15pm or so, my group arrived there about 3pm and was about 2.50pm by the time I got close up to the pyramid. The security started moving everybody back to the exit about 4pm.
The guide was nice and knowledgeable, and he was obviously following a pre-prepared programme, but this need to change.
You will be best off arranging your own tour and make sure you visit the pyramids first thing in the morning, not an hour before it shuts.

Big Disappointment
The bus journey was 9hrs missed the sunrise.The 15 min stops. Were an hour due to drivers and another man outside smoking.We were late to the museum I was charged an extra 1400.Got ferried onto a boat for rough 10 minute ride another 500 ! It was a whistle stop tour round the museum.And somebody ought to look at famous Death Mask !! Solid gold like hell it is ! That is not the same mask that I saw previously.If you look under it there is rust.Barely saw anything that I had saved up to have this experience for as it was going to be my tick of the bucket list.The whole area is shrinking under about a100 or more beggars and the horses and camels are work horses.Poor things no shelter,water feed.The horses mouths are hanging open their poor tongues are swollen they have no saliva

Hanah was a terrific guide and really knowledgeable, especially at the Pyramids, no problem that she couldn't help with ! Will definitely book again and also encourage more friends to do this at least once !!!

Perfect Holiday Day Trip
Everything was fantastic on this trip. Literally everything! Not a single bad word to say about this. Pickup was bang on time, the trip to Cairo was comfortable and smooth. We made every stop on time and had plenty time to see the sights we were booked to see. I can’t say enough good things about this tour. It was brilliant. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Buona guida ma itinerario sbagliato e servizio clienti terribile
Abbiamo prenotato questo viaggio per il museo del papiro e le piramidi.
Siamo stati prelevati verso l'1:15 e siamo andati alla chiesa e a una moschea. Abbiamo poi continuato il nostro viaggio verso il museo egizio (quello vecchio) e un negozio di oli essenziali. Poi abbiamo visto le piramidi e la sfinge.
Quando abbiamo chiesto del museo del papiro ci è stato detto che non era mai stato previsto. Quando abbiamo mostrato la prenotazione la guida ha detto che gli dispiaceva ma che questo non era il programma. Molto spiacevole dato che volevamo davvero vederlo.
Quando siamo ripartiti per tornare a casa (verso le 18:00) eravamo delusi ma non c'era nulla da fare. Quando eravamo a Hurghada abbiamo visto che l'autista stava passando davanti al nostro hotel a 2 km di distanza, ma ha continuato a guidare. Aveva fatto scendere prima tutti gli altri passeggeri e poi (perché glielo avevamo chiesto) è tornato indietro verso il nostro hotel. Ha detto che l'elenco degli hotel era difficile da ricordare e che non era colpa sua. In totale abbiamo trascorso 25 ore in questo viaggio.
Quando abbiamo provato a discuterne con l'operatore ci è stato semplicemente detto che eravamo dei bugiardi e che non era vero. Quando ho voluto inviare delle prove nessuno ha più risposto.
Fate attenzione quando prenotate questo viaggio perché il vostro itinerario potrebbe non essere quello per cui avete pagato (sembra essere casuale) e se ci sono problemi l'organizzatore dice semplicemente che state mentendo e non risponde più.

Un tour giornaliero pieno di troppe attrazioni
Se prenotate questo tour solo per vedere le piramidi di Giza, potreste rimanere molto delusi. L'intero tour è durato 22 ore dal momento del prelievo fino alla fine. Sono stato prelevato con quasi 20 minuti di ritardo e non dal bus del tour, ma da una berlina con un autista per portarmi al bus vero e proprio. Tuttavia, a causa della mancanza di comunicazione, sono stato scortato su un altro autobus che mi ha portato a circa 10 minuti dalla città verso il mio autobus effettivo. Le pause caffè lungo il percorso vanno bene, ma ogni sosta di quasi 30 minuti fa perdere un sacco di tempo rispetto all'obiettivo principale, dato che il tour dovrebbe riguardare le piramidi di Giza. Il nostro autista non ha nemmeno detto quando dovevamo tornare sull'autobus. Il viaggio verso il Cairo è durato ben 7 ore. La rapida visita al Museo Egizio è stata piacevole, ma purtroppo non ci è stato detto che i principali reperti non sono nemmeno lì, inclusa la maschera funeraria di Tutankhamon, ma al Grande Museo Egizio, dato che l'intero museo si sta effettivamente trasferendo. Dopo 1 ora nel museo, ci sono voluti quasi 30 minuti extra per qualche motivo sconosciuto per ripartire. Dopo il giro in barca, il pranzo e la visita al negozio di profumi e oli egiziani, stavamo finalmente andando alle piramidi, ma a quel punto è stato quasi un rischio, dato che l'area delle piramidi chiude alle 17:00. Non siamo nemmeno riusciti a vedere la Grande Sfinge adeguatamente a causa della mancanza di tempo. La descrizione del tour menziona una visita alla fabbrica/museo del papiro, ma invece siamo stati in un negozio di spezie egiziane dove quasi tutto il gruppo si chiedeva cosa stessimo facendo lì ad annusare spezie, stanchi morti e con un lunghissimo viaggio di ritorno verso Hurghada che ci aspettava. Il mio consiglio sincero per l'operatore turistico sarebbe quello di concentrarsi solo sul museo e sulle piramidi.

Our guide Mr.Falcon was excellent, very informative and entertaining,his knowledge of the Great Egyptian Museum was outstanding,The visit to the Oil emporium hosted by an industrious bedhiun entrepreneur was a never to be forgotten treasure.Then onward to sample the magical delights of Egyptian cuisine in Giza, topped off by an enchanting cruise along the Nile which brought the day to wonderful wonderful end
