Overall, the tour with Ahmed was informative and enjoyable. We learned a lot about the history of not just the places visited but about the Egyptian culture, history and more. He was pleasant and took the time to answer all of our questions, and was a gracious host. The tour itinerary itself was decent, however we were disappointed and a bit caught off guard by the many stops at Egyptian tourist “traps” to sell products. I understand it’s a way of life, however the stops chosen by the tour company were not as engaging and workers were less friendly, and the stops were not in a nice area of the city. It really removed a lot of the enjoyment from the day. The last stop at the market was interesting, but felt very rushed, the most enjoyable part was sitting having a coffee with Ahmed to learn more about the area. I have to also add, the tour operator was relentless about asking for a review, just hours after we finished before we even relaxed for the night. This was unacceptable and lost a star for that alone. Overall, the tour conveyed what we were looking for and we enjoyed our time with Ahmed, but want to manage expectations about some of the other parts of the experience.

Had a wonderful tour with Ehab and our driver Ahmed. He was able to tailor the tour to our preferences - highlighting the major sights in Coptic Cairo, Citadel, and mosques. We also stopped to purchase papyrus and spices - but were able to skip some of the other shopping to have more time for architectural touring.

Fady ha reso la giornata un'esperienza completa e non ce l'avremmo fatta senza il nostro autista. Consiglio il tour perché come primo visitatore non si può fare da soli. Servizio eccellente, tutto ha funzionato alla grande. Personalmente non ci piace lo shopping in mezzo, ma il mercato era fantastico e abbiamo aggiunto una cena breve tradizionale alla fine del nostro tour per pochi soldi extra

Fady made our day comfortable and we got to know much about the culture and life in Cairo. He was great. The sightseeing tour was an experience we’ve not had in a long time. It was great overall. Not to forget our driver George too. Thanks for the day we ended with a short but traditional dinner which we added on the go.
