Talaat Abdo, our guide, was very kind, funny and informative to us. We enjoyed time in Egypt with him. Thank you. It was an amazing experience. I recommend it to everyone who likes to explore the culture and sights of different countries. In almost four days you will see many interesting places.

Depends on what you’re looking for, and how much you pay. If you are pressed for time, it’s a decent way to see a lot in a short period of time - some of the sites are pretty remote and would take some effort to get to on your own (mostly booking drivers/guides). From talking to other guests, you can save a lot by waiting to book this tour until you are in Egypt (the downside is you may need to be flexible with your schedule). But some people were only paying $100 - $200 USD per person that way. As a single (most expensive ticket to book), I paid $550 on viator - given what things currently cost in Egypt, it wasn’t good value at that price. I was on the Prince Omar, had no idea what the ship would be beforehand, it was definitely one of the older ships. Nothing great or remarkable. Nothing downright terrible. Room was a little musty. Some people said they had smells or other issues. Shower is tight - especially if you are a bigger person. The itinerary is not well organized, and subject to change. They will fit everything in, but it probably wont happen how it’s laid out on viator. Things were not that well organized, they split the ship into smaller groups. My group had about 40, which felt a little too large. We were never on time - they would say we were leaving at 7, and if we were lucky we would leave at 7:30. The “cruise” portion is also kind of weird. First day, you get your room and do the sites in Aswan, that night the boat sits in Aswan, and the next morning (very early) you go to Abu Simbel. The boat doesn’t leave Aswan until the afternoon of day 2. Abu Simbel is 3+ hours drive from Aswan, so you leave at like 4 in the morning. Our group guide was Talaat. He is apparently an independent contractor, not a cruise employee. He did ok, given the circumstances, but the organization was definitely lacking. He gave some cursory explanations of the sites, but it was pretty superficial. We had a little bit of time to explore each site on our own, but if you are looking for in-depth guided tours, or ample time to explore on your own, this is not the cruise for you. Entrance fees are not included in the cruise price. Ends up being about an extra $100 USD. Talaat was good about buying tickets for the group, and you just paid him at the end for the sites you went to. Meals on the ship were fine. Not high quality, but plenty of quantity. No drinks included, or water. The bar sells overpriced beer (200 EGP) and water (70 EGP). You can get beer in a drinkies for 50 EGP and water should be 10ish, although the vendors closest to the boat are selling for like 25. Overall, an ok way to see a lot of stuff, if you want everything arranged for you, and you don’t pay too much.

I can't say that the tour was perfect, it's impossible to find a perfect Nile tour, but our guide cared about us and our experience and I saw people trying their best to make sure everything was fine, so I can say that it deserves 5 stars.

Talaat, Nile cruise tour was a good experience for me. Overall tour was very convenient. Tour explanation was helpful for understanding many historical sites. ツアーガイドはTalaat でした。 満足行かなかった点をあげます。 ①参加者が50人近くおり、彼は適切に統率を取ることができていませんでした。 工程表にはオベリスクに行くことになっていましたが、彼の統率が悪く、時間管理も悪かった為、行けませんでした。そして行けなくなったことの説明も謝罪もありませんでした。（我々は楽しみにしていて前日の夜にオベリスクについて予習したのに！） ②初日に、光と音のショーや気球についての説明がありました。しかし、具体的な説明は何もないまま、光と音のショーはスルーされました。（行けなかった）気球も行けませんでした。 ③各観光ポイントで説明をしてくれましたが、とても長かったです。バスの車内でスマホを使って説明し、後ろの人からは見えませんでした。 そこの神殿に何時までいるのかを知らせるのではなく、彼の説明（30分）の後に自由時間を30分 のように時間を取るので、全ての予定が後ろ倒しになりました。 ④次の日の予定について、前日の夜に急に送られてくるシステムです。参加者も今後どういうスケジュールなのか分からなくてモヤモヤしていました。 ⑤全てのプログラムが4時に終わると聞いていたので5時半のフライトを取りましたが、時間通りに進まず、最後のルクソール神殿を諦めることになってしまいました。 時間に余裕のあるフライトを取ることをお勧めします。 入場料は返してもらいましたが、プログラムに入っていたのに行けなかったのでとても残念です。一生に一度の機会なのでとても残念です。 ◎入場料は全部でだいたい96ドルです。2025.1時点。クルーへのチップを各16ドル払いました。（これは強要されました）

Wir hatten eine gute Reise mit dieser Nilkreuzfahrt. Unsere Erfahrung könnte besser sein, wenn der Veranstalter einen separaten Reiseleiter für die Organisation der Logistik im Hintergrund eingesetzt hätte. Das Schiff ist trotz seines Baujahres funktionstüchtig und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Essen und die Getränke sind gut, aber angesichts des geringen Budgets gibt es eindeutig Raum für Verbesserungen. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung, aber ich würde es mir zweimal überlegen, auch wenn es eine Nilkreuzfahrt zu einem moderaten Preis ist.
