A cruise from Aswan to Luxor wasn’t just a trip — it was a sacred pilgrimage to the temples with Tourguide Michael.
From the moment Tourguide Michael welcomed us on board with his legendary phrase, “Welcome my family, Habibi” I knew I was in the presence of his greatness. The temples were stunning, yes, but nothing compared to the epic tales told by Tourguide Michael while casually walking backwards, dodging tourists, and explaining ancient hieroglyphics like he wrote them himself.
Did you know Hatshepsut was a female pharaoh? Of course wé did — because Tourguide Michael told us so. Did you find the secret falafel spot in Luxor? No worries, Tourguide Michael had already arranged it. Were you five minutes late for the bus? Don’t stress — Tourguide Michael will still call you “my favorite people.”
We saw Kom Ombo, Edfu, Karnak, and Luxor temples, and every single one of them had “Michael’s hidden gem”. Coincidence? I think not. Tourguide Michael knows things. He sees things and is always on. Michael is The Chosen One of the Nile.
In summary, if you’re booking a Nile cruise and Tourguide Michael isn’t leading it… cancel it. Rearrange your whole life. Wait until Tourguide Michael is available. Only then will you truly understand the meaning of “luxury,” “history,” and “47 places of good food.”
10/10 would follow Tourguide Michael into any tomb. Even one cursed by Anubis.

The cruise was super fun. You see beautiful things of Egypt and you meet nice people. Only sometimes you start early but that is worth it.

An amazing experience — beyond expectations!
Our guide, Michael, was incredibly professional, funny, and attentive, always sharing useful information and helpful advice. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming.
The food was average in quality but offered a good variety.
Overall, highly recommended — excellent value for money.
Egypt is truly a beautiful destination

Il tour è stato meraviglioso dall'inizio alla fine. La nostra guida era incredibilmente esperta di storia e cultura egiziana, e ha risposto a ogni domanda e curiosità con grande dettaglio.
La nave da crociera in sé era eccellente, con ottimi servizi, cibo delizioso e uno staff estremamente cordiale e accogliente - hanno davvero reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale.
È stato un viaggio indimenticabile che consiglierei al 100 % e mi piacerebbe ripetere in futuro!

Aswan - Luxor cruise
We had the pleasure of having Talaat as our travel guide during our trip from Aswan to Luxor, and he truly made the experience unforgettable. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the ancient sites, temples, and history of the region, but he also had a warm and engaging personality that made every moment enjoyable.
Talaat had a great sense of timing and organization, which meant we avoided the big crowds and got to really soak in the atmosphere of each place. He was always open to questions, and his passion for Egyptian history was contagious. His storytelling brought the past to life in a way that made even the most well-known sites feel personal and fresh.
If you’re planning a trip to Upper Egypt, I wholeheartedly recommend Talaat. He’s not just a guide—he’s a great companion for the journey.

La crociera sul Nilo che dovreste provare.
Ci è piaciuta molto la crociera sul Nilo. Il personale della barca era incredibile, era una barca più vecchia ma molto ben curato. Dott. Khalid ha fatto un lavoro meraviglioso. L'unico aspetto negativo che avevamo era la guida che avevamo per l'Abu Simbel. Non è stato molto attento, lasciando i membri del gruppo I in bagno mentre andava avanti, e la spiegazione di 3 minuti che ha dato avrebbe dovuto essere fatta altrove perché era troppo forte per sentirlo.
Oltre a questo questo questo viaggio è stato molto bello!

El viaje por crucero estuvo muy bueno, pudimos recorrer todo lo que estaba en el plan y realmente incluía lo que mencionaba y lo que no lo mencionaban desde el inicio.

Κρουαζιέρα στο Νείλο
Είναι μοναδική εμπειρία η κρουαζιέρα και πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να την κάνει κάποιος διότι βλέπει όλα τα αξιοθέατα της Αιγύπτου. Ξεκινάς από το ναό του Φιλεα μετά Ασουάν το οποίο πρέπει να κάνεις βόλτα στα δρομάκια και να ψωνίσεις από την υπαίθρια αγορά. Βλέπεις το Αμπού Σιμπέλ το οποίο είναι 4 ώρες από το Ασουάν, μετά βλέπεις Κομ Ομπο, Εντφου κατά τη διάρκεια της κρουαζιέρα όλα αυτά και καταλήγεις στο Λούξορ. Αξίζει η εμπειρία. Το καράβι παρόλο που ήταν παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό φιλικοτατο. Το φαγητό ανταπεξέλθει στις προσδοκίες μας. Το μονο κακο είναι τα lunch boxes τα οποία μπορείτε να ζητήσετε να σας βάλλουν ότι ακριβώς θέλετε.εαν δεν το κάνετε θα σας δώσουν σάντουιτς με κασέρι, μπανάνα, μήλο κ τσουρέκια. Ο ξεναγός μας δεν ανταπεξέλθει στις προσδοκίες μου για αυτό και βάζω χαμηλή βαθμολογία. Μας πήγαινε στα αξιοθέατα μας έλεγε δύο κουβέντες πριν μπούμε και μας άφηνε μόνους μας να περιπλανηθούμε. Δεν ήταν μαζί μας να μας εξηγήσει τι ήταν αυτό που βλέπαμε.
Συμβουλή: στην κοιλάδα των βασιλέων ο τάφος του Τουταγχαμών έχει έξτρα είσητηριο 13€. Για μένα που μπήκα δεν αξίζει..δεν έχει τπτ να δεις εκτός από τη μούμια κ μια τοιχογραφία..καλύτερα να μπεις στον τάφο των Ραμσή 4-5.
