Che esperienza incredibile! Mina - la nostra guida turistica - era una leggenda assoluta. Anche il servizio a bordo era davvero buono. La cabina veniva pulita ogni giorno e il ristorante a buffet aveva un sacco di opzioni vegetariane e vegane.

Incredibile 4 - giorno, 3 - notte crociera sul fiume Nilo! Tutto era molto ben organizzato dall'hotel pick - fino a drop - off. Le visite al tempio sono state incredibili e la nostra guida turistica Khaled era esperta, cordiale e istruttiva. La nave da crociera era confortevole, il trasporto era liscio, e i pasti erano deliziosi con un sacco di varietà. Ci è piaciuto anche incontrare i nostri compagni di viaggio lungo la strada. Amazing 4-day, 3-night Nile River cruise! Everything was very well organized from hotel pick-up to drop-off. The temple visits were incredible and our tour guide Khaled was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. The cruise ship was comfortable, transportation was smooth, and meals were delicious with plenty of variety. We also enjoyed meeting our travel mates along the way. A fantastic and stress-free way to experience the Nile—highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience with Mina. He is not only knowledgeable about Ancient Egyptian history but also has a very warm and welcoming personality. He provided excellent briefings before we entered each attraction, which added so much value to our visit. Most importantly, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and security throughout the entire tour. He truly made sure we were covered at every stop

I did a 4-day / 3-night Nile cruise and while the experience was not bad overall, it was not as good as expected, especially considering the price paid (December rates are significantly higher). Personally, I would not book this cruise again with the same agency. First of all, this is not a 5-star cruise. Even by Egyptian Nile cruise standards, there are clearly better options available. Among the different cruises I saw on the Nile, this one felt like one of the most basic, so the “5-star” label creates unrealistic expectations. The staff onboard was another downside. Many interactions felt rude and unnecessarily aggressive, and there were several uncomfortable situations involving other guests. Organization was also weak, with frequent delays — sometimes waiting one hour or more for excursions that did not follow the announced schedule. Another negative point was the excessive time spent at souvenir shops (tea shops, stone shops, etc.), which seemed to be linked to agreements with the agency. In some cases, we spent more time shopping than visiting temples, which was disappointing. There were also some uncomfortable dynamics. For example, we were asked to pay mandatory tips before even checking in at the cruise or interacting with the crew. Additionally, we were encouraged to leave reviews while still in the middle of the tour, with two full days remaining, which did not feel appropriate. Regarding the content of the visits, while general context was provided, I felt the historical explanations lacked depth, especially about the temples themselves. I finished the trip feeling that I could have learned much more. That said, doing a Nile cruise is absolutely worth it. It is a unique experience, and the overall value will depend on what each traveler is looking for — whether prioritizing a lower price or a smoother, more stress-free experience. For me, considering the cost, this agency did not meet expectations, and I would choose a different one next time.

È stato gentile, professionale e molto attento, assicurandosi che tutti si sentissero a proprio agio e godessero dell'esperienza. Il tour è stato ben organizzato e informativo dall'inizio alla fine.
