An Unforgettable Nile Cruise Experience
Our Nile cruise was an absolutely amazing experience! Everything was beautifully organized, from the cruise itself to the visits to the incredible historical sites along the Nile.
A special thank you to Bastat Travel for organizing such a wonderful trip. The whole experience was well planned and smoothly arranged, and their team was very helpful and professional throughout the journey. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.
Our guide Kareem was also fantastic — extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job, he explained the history and stories behind each place in such an interesting and engaging way and he asked us to explain the stories and be the guide- the kids loved that. His explanations made the visits much more enjoyable and brought the ancient history to life.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience with beautiful scenery, fascinating history, excellent organization, and wonderful memories. I highly recommend Bastat Travel to anyone planning a Nile cruise or a trip to Egypt!

Attention, croisière pas sérieuse. A fuire
⚠️ Expérience absolument honteuse.
J’avais réservé cette croisière notamment parce qu’il était indiqué qu’un guide francophone était disponible. Finalement, on m’a annoncé qu’il n’y aurait pas de guide en français.
Mais le plus scandaleux est le comportement du responsable que j’ai eu au téléphone : au lieu de chercher une solution, il a tout simplement décidé d’annuler ma réservation, alors que je n’avais jamais demandé l’annulation.
Ma réservation a donc été supprimée à seulement deux semaines de mon départ, me laissant sans croisière et avec très peu de temps pour trouver une alternative.
Je trouve cette façon de traiter les clients totalement inadmissible. Une réservation confirmée ne devrait pas pouvoir être annulée de cette manière par le prestataire simplement parce qu’il n’est finalement pas en mesure de fournir le service annoncé.
Je déconseille fortement cette croisière et ce prestataire.

Esperienza fantastica. Consiglio vivamente la sua crociera. La nostra guida Mahmoud è molto preparata e ama il suo lavoro. È stato estremamente disponibile con noi, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande e organizzando tutto. Mi sono sentito molto al sicuro e a mio agio nelle sue mani. I tour sono stati tutti molto professionali. Venite riposati e pronti a esplorare.

Esperienza fantastica
Abbiamo appena terminato il nostro tour con Mahmoud come guida. Lo consiglio vivamente, tutto era pianificato dal prelievo al riaccompagnamento. Avere una guida ha reso molto più facile orientarsi nel caos dell'Egitto ed è stato bello avere tutto pianificato. Mahmoud era molto preparato e ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli durante i tour. Ci ha anche dato consigli su tour extra nel caso avessimo voluto farli.

Rendi il tuo viaggio in Egitto privo di stress
Mahmoud è stato un'eccellente guida turistica. Era molto preparato e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande in modo rispettoso. Ogni giornata era piena di attività. Non saremmo stati in grado di orientarci senza di lui. Abbiamo visto tutto ciò che avevamo programmato di vedere e altro ancora, come la diga di Assuan, il tempio di File, l'obelisco incompiuto, il villaggio nubiano, il tempio di Kom Ombo, il tempio di Edfu, il tempio di Karnak, la Valle dei Re e altro ancora.

Esperienza indimenticabile
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare un tour con Mohammed durante le nostre escursioni sul Nilo e abbiamo molto apprezzato la sua guida durante il nostro viaggio. Era competente, professionale e sempre cortese, aiutando a dare vita alla straordinaria storia e cultura dell'Egitto.
Mohammed è stato paziente con le domande, organizzato e attento alle esigenze del nostro gruppo. Ci ha anche assistito con la logistica dei viaggi oltre i tour programmati, il che è stato molto apprezzato e ha reso il nostro viaggio più fluido e piacevole.

Eine fantastische Reise
Wir haben eine fantastische Reise erleben dürfen. Unser sehr kompetenter und liebevoller persönlicher Reiseführer Ahmed Awad hat für uns alles bestens organisiert. Trotz vollem Programm war die Reise entspannt. Ahmed kennt sich sehr gut mit der Geschichte, den Kunstschätzen und Gebäuden aus, erklärte alles unterhaltsam und interessant. Ausserdem erklärte er viel über den Alltag und die Wirtschaft des Landes, wir waren sogar bei versteckten Läden, die wir ohne Hilfe sicher nicht gefunden hätten.
Der gesamte Crew war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen super lecker, es gab eine große Auswahl mit frischen einheimischen und internationalen Gerichten. Die Kabine war sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, für alles Nötige gab es Platz. Sie hatte ein großes Panoramafentster, es war traumhaft, die schöne Landschaft beim Vorbeiziehen zu beobachten.
Insgesamt war das eine sehr bereichernde Reise, unsere Erwartung wurde bei Weitem übertroffen, daher kann ich nur die beste Bewertung abgeben.
