Non lo consiglio affatto
Non lo consiglio!!! Il cibo non è molto buono e c'è poca varietà, di alcolici non c'è praticamente nulla oltre a birra e vino. Da nessuna parte viene indicato che ogni giorno bisogna alzarsi alle 03:40 AM e l'ultimo giorno lasciano i tour più pesanti, esci molto esausto dall'ultimo giorno e non puoi nemmeno farti una doccia. Noi abbiamo prenotato questo tour perché includeva la MONGOLFIERA ma risulta che il giorno prima ci hanno detto che per il meteo la mongolfiera era sospesa e la cosa peggiore di tutte è che al momento di fare la richiesta di rimborso parziale di questa attività che non è stata svolta, ci indicano che l'azienda responsabile del tour indica che non rimborseranno nulla. Contrariamente a quanto segnalava la guida che indicava che si sarebbe ricevuto un rimborso per il servizio non prestato e che era già stato pagato.

I just want to be transparent about my experience. Our guide, Mahmood, was good by nature and very knowledgeable. Every day, we received a detailed plan with timings and information about what we would be doing, which was very helpful. The food on the cruise was good, but please be aware that drinks are not included not even water. This is something to keep in mind, especially in temperatures reaching 43°C. A bottle of water that costs around 10 EGP outside can cost as much as 150 EGP on the cruise, which is a huge difference. Which was not informed in prior. Another issue was the attitude of the waiter/supervisor who handled the bills. Unfortunately, he was quite rude. Whenever we purchased something, he would bring the bill to us and our all group members felt that he is too rude and being over smart. This made the experience uncomfortable. Our guide also asked for an additional $20 (You must pay, it’s not optional or negotiable) from each person as a tip for the good behavior and service of the staff. However, based on my experience, the service from the particular staff member mentioned above did not justify this expectation. Also, even though our guide knew that water and soft drinks inside tourist attractions and on the cruise were extremely expensive, it would have been helpful if he had advised us beforehand or stopped at a local shop so that we could purchase drinks at normal prices. Overall, the trip was good and we enjoyed many aspects of it, but tourists should be aware of these additional costs and be careful about overpriced drinks and certain staff interactions. Being informed in advance can help avoid unnecessary expenses and disappointment.

Great experience, will do again
This was a great experience. Gobran was our guide and he made the whole process smooth. I asked many questions and he always patiently answered all the questions. Next time we will do a longer trip! Highly recommended.
