Belle Expérience à Abu Simbel
Le site est incroyable. Le plus beau que j'ai visité depuis mon arrivée en Égypte.
Je remercie Nice Tours pour cette expérience enrichissante. Le départ à 04h du matin pique un peu mais ça en vaut la peine.
La personne avec qui on était en relation pour l'excurssion, Suzanna, elle est top !
Elle réagit super vite aux messages, les échanges avec elle étaient fluides.
Du coup, on a repris d'autres excurssions avec eux sur Luxor :D

JE RECOMMANDE A 100% - TEMPLES MAGNIFIQUES
La visite des 2 temples d'Abu Simbel a été incroyable.
La réservation de l'excursion s'est bien passée. Suzanna est restée en contact avec nous dès la réservation, jusqu'à notre retour de l'excursion pour savoir si tout s'était bien passé.
Elle a été très arrangeante car nous avons du modifier le lieu de prise en charge à l'hôtel la veille de l'excursion.
Le groupe était petit, nous étions 9 donc c'etait parfait de visiter en petit groupe. Le départ s'est fait à l'heure, on est venu nous chercher à l'heure indiquée (4h). Le trajet s'est bien passé avec une pause à l'aller (pour voir le lever du soleil) et au retour. Les conducteurs ont été agréables.
Sur place, nous avons eu 1h/1h30 de visite ce qui était largement suffisant pour visiter les 2 temples, sans se presser.
Les explications du guide anglais ont été simples et claires pour nous.
Retour à l'hôtel entre 13h/14h

I booked a trip to Abu Simbel. Very good door to door service. They pick you up at your hotel in the early morning around 4am. It’s a 4-hour drive there. Then you have about 2 hours to visit. Provided a free guide to give you a brief about the temple. The temple is amazing and a must see. Suzanna from customer service is very helpful and answered all my questions in time. She arranged all the thing perfectly

Well organised
Our first impression was Suzann's excellent communication through WhatsApp. From there everything went to plan, Mohammed our guide was knowledgeable and very helpful. The drivers were also excellent, I'm a nervous passenger but felt safe throughout.

Ottima esperienza per visita ad Abu Simbel con trasferimento da Assuan in auto comodissima e climatizzata. I driver sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Viaggio lungo ma rilassante. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Suzanna di Nice Tour che ci ha organizzato il tour in maniera impeccabile; sempre disponibile e premurosa, si è assicurata che tutto andasse per il meglio. Assolutamente consigliata!! Grazie.

Really nice agency!
The agency is amazing! And they were very professional. I had booked the tour with them and 1 hour before we had to leave I started to get very sick.
Although I gave them very short notice and they had already sent a boat and bus to pick us up at our hostel (located on an island in the Nile), they cancelled the activity without any problem and refunded our money. It was a real shame not to be able to attend but they confirmed that they are an amazing agency.
