Unreliable Service and Poor Communication – A Disappointing Experience

We booked a pick-up from our hotel (Royal Savoy), but no one showed up. Despite waiting for over an hour and sending multiple messages, we received no communication or updates. With no response, we were forced to cancel our plans for the day, which left us deeply disappointed. Two hours later, we finally received a call with an apology and an offer for a free tour as compensation, but by that point, the damage was done. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We won’t be using this tour company again, and I recommend avoiding them if you’re looking for reliable service.

Ok trip but not as advertised

The church and mosque were lovely to visit and the guide was very knowledgeable. Didn't get Togo inside of mosque. Didn't get all that was advertised never got to seem nama bay either which was disappointing as one of the reasons we picked this trip.The guide wasn't there to pick us up so language barrier with driver to get collected and returned. Guide only appeared at first stop and then left once we was left in old town to do some shopping. Guide was also distracted and on his phone alot of the time.

Absolutely fabulous 👌! Our guide was very knowledgeable, polite and eager to answer all our questions. The tour was very interesting, we found out a lot of facts about religion, history and cultural diversity. Highly recommend !

Centro histórico con el mejor guía ( muy culto)

Puntualmente recogidos en la puerta de nuestro hotel fuimos a visitar la primera de las mezquitas de belleza espectacular. En esta no accedimos al interior pues está reservada para musulmanes . Después fuimos a la iglesia cristiana copta , curiosa con unos frescos impresionantes. Finalmente accedimos a otras mezquita , esta si la pudimos visitar por dentro. Para las mujeres que no vayan cubiertas te ceden ropa . Nuestro guía KUTA , fue lo mejor pues no solo se dedicó a enseñarnos los lugares sino que nos explicó historia de Egipto y de cada lugar a visitar. Lo cual agradecíamos mucho para entender mejor las peculiaridades del país. Después tiempo para compras . Visitas un centro de perfumes y especias y después otro de artesiana . Es opción tuya comprar o no. Al final hicimos una parada y nos invitó a un helado y un café. Un tour de 10 !!! El guía lo mejor!
