Amateur organization
The organization was amateur and we expected a more professional one. Instead of the Newbie Egyptian museum, we were taken to the old non-perfect corn museum, no water was served in the big day truck, and you don’t understand the one meal from the chaotic crowds in the room

Absolutely Surreal!
Amazing experience! Amazing organisation.
I am so impressed, I went with my wife. Every thing ran on time and pick up was prompt! 5 star experience.
Mustafa was our guide.
Experience:
Pick up at night time from hotel around 11:30pm
The Egyptian museum of Cairo
Cruise on river Nile (additional 10 euros or equivalent per person)
Lunch
Egypt Papyrus Museum
Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx (camel/ horse carriage ride additional 10 euros per person)
Nerfertiti natural herbs and oils shop with free tea
Coach back to hotel stopping at restaurant on way. Arrival time back is around 2am
Coach stops along way for toilet breaks etc
Organisation:
Absolutely fantastic. Taking such a big group of people and running on time, I was very impressed. Extremely fantastic staff and your guides who were very knowledgeable and accomadating.
What I liked/Highlights:
Absolutely do the camel/ horse carriage at the pyramids. As you are with the tour operator, they have a special deal there where you can do a camel/horse ride for 10 euros per person and it lasts around 45 minutes. They take you super close to the panoramic view where you get amazing photos where it is very difficult to get there by foot. As you are with the tour operator, they organise this for you without getting scammed or ripped off if you were to do it yourself.
The lunch was very nice with fresh grilled meat and vegetarian options.
The cruise on the river Nile was a bonus and a chance to get good photos.
Staff were amazing
I also liked the fact of honest pricing. Some tour operators charge you and then keep taking additional money during the tour saying things were not included. This tour guide, everything was included. The pricing is up front and honest. All entrance fees to attractions and lunch is included. They are honest that river cruise Nile is additional 10 euros (not compulsory) and camel ride is 10 euros (not compulsory). They are also clear there is a governmental tax of an additional 10 euros per person.
I highly recommend this tour. The camel ride at the pyramids is a once in a lifetime experience, absolutely amazing and surreal
Well done to this tour company, they have absolutely done a brilliant job with the organisation of this. I loved their hospitality. Mustafa was amazing

HORRIBLE experience!
Too bad you can not give zero stars!!! Experience that we would not do again and would not recommend to other people, too much time wasted unnecessarily visiting unnecessary attractions where surely the guide had his personal gain on sales in agreement with the merchants, such as the perfume laboratory or the papyrus shop where we stayed almost 2 hours between one and the other , instead for pyramids and sphinx that were the main attraction only 1 hour and 15 minutes , we arrived at 15.45 and at 17 the archaeological site closed . So we had to do everything in a hurry seeing little and bad. Absolutely not a nice treatment. Moreover, they asked us 4 times for money for government taxes, which we had already paid, in an arrogant and very rude way, only after I showed the messages I sent to the tour operator where he also said not to pay, they stopped asking me for money. Experience to forget, money wasted!!!!! Avoid it!

Nice long day more cost.
Large bus so fairly comfortable. +- 12 hours in the bus in total. Short visit to the Egyptian museum (the old one, not the new one). Throughout the day several paid options that we were not aware of. One option you could not really skip (boat trip instead of bus to lunch). Look carefully at the description: Entrance to enter a pyramid was not included.
Didn't have time to shop. Dinner not included but well arranged: McDonald's on the bus.
But a successful long day.
Additional costs we lost per person was € 68.00. (Visa, tourist tax, boat trip, viewpoint pyramids, dinner)

An unforgettable and well-organized experience
We had a great time throughout the tour. Our guides were fantastic: in particular the Italian guide proposed by the organization was super professional, always attentive to our needs and present at all times.
He gave us really useful tips, especially in the Pyramids area, allowing us to do everything without spending money unnecessarily. Thanks to his suggestions we were able to enter the pyramids and do both the camel ride and the horse ride, making the most of all the activities available.
Even the guys on the tour, especially Fahd, were very good, helpful and always ready to help us.
Definitely an experience to do.
The bus ride was not tiring at all: you travel at night and you can rest quietly.
An unforgettable experience, to live at least once in a lifetime.

Museum was amazing with the nile cruise and plenty of food included. The pyramids were more than expected with camel rides. Reco
Fantstic trip but the journey is long 8 hours each way. This was worth it. We started at the museum. Followed by a nile cruise with dinner then onto the pyramids. Lifetime experiance and well worth the trip. We had Nabil and he was fantastic and very knowlegdeable. Highly recommend him

FUÏRE!!!
We were extremely disappointed by this activity, mainly because of a catastrophic organization. From the start, everything left something to be desired: a pick-up scheduled for 00:25, but a real departure from the bus station only at 2:30 in the morning.
Throughout the day, we endured long waits, improbable and unannounced stops, without any explanation. We clearly felt like we were just “tickets on legs”, with each stop being a pretext to make us spend more.
The program was never clearly communicated, either in the description when booking or on site. We discovered the stages as we went along, without any visibility.
The tour of the museum was dispatched in 1 hour, of which only 30 minutes with a guide, then 30 minutes autonomously. As for the so-called “activities not advertised in the description” perfumery, papyrus, cruise on the Nile, these are in fact pure forced sales sessions, without any cultural interest, all this in an extra charge called “extra-charge”.
Evening meal was not included, which is not a problem in itself, only the proposed meals were charged more than the price posted by the restaurant owner.
And to top it all off, the discovery of the pyramids – yet the long awaited moment – was dispatched: 30 minutes on the pyramid site, then 30 minutes on the Sphinx, being pressed constantly.
This experience really ruined our discovery of this mythical place.
We strongly advise against booking with this company.
If you want to make the most of your visit, you should contact an independent guide who will accompany you to the New Museum and offer you a much more pleasant and authentic experience.
