Overview

What you'll see

  1. Sharm El Sheikh
    Full day

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to Cairo in an air-conditioned coach. Upon arrival, you will be met by your tour guide, who will accompany you throughout the entire tour.

  2. Grand Egyptian Museum
    2 hours

Meet your Egyptologist tour guide at the museum to begin your day. Visit the state-of-the-art Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the world's largest archaeological museum with over 100,000 artifacts, or the ancient Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. Select your preferred museum when booking.

  3. The Egyptian Museum in Cairo

  4. Nile River
    30 minutes

Enjoy a boat trip on the Nile for a fee or stroll along the banks of the Nile for free.

  5. 30 minutes

  6. The Pyramids Of Giza
    3 hours

Marvel at the last existing wonder of the world - a fabulous experience! You will find a total of three pyramids here: the Chephren, Cheops and Mykerinos pyramids. You can discover the area on foot, on horseback or by camel. Duration between 2 and 3 hours.

  7. Great Sphinx
    30 minutes

After visiting the pyramids of Giza, you will go to the Great Sphinx, by far the largest and most preserved sphinx. It consists of a human head on a lion's body. The Sphinx was carved from the remainder of a limestone mound that served as a quarry for the Great Pyramid of Cheops. Duration approx. 20-30 minutes.

These two attractions will familiarize you with the ancient Egyptian techniques of making papyrus and essences. These two interesting visits will increase your knowledge of daily life in ancient Egypt and will also help the Egyptian farmers who work in these sectors and preserve these very old handicrafts from ancient Egypt. Amazing day in Cairo with Mario⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My sister and I went on a bus tour for a day in Cairo. It was great thanks to the best tour guide, Mario, who showed us everything and exPlained in details. We enjoyed our day with him around Cairo.

Avoid

This trip was chaotic from start to finish. Trip from Cairo made 6 stops. Not to pick up people but at restaurants. Toilet on bus was disgusting. Pickup drivers had no ID and did not have our names. Cairo was worth the visit. As other reviews noted, bus trip was terrible. 9 hours from Cairo to Sharm! Should only be 5.

Good trip , Bad travelling , Scary Pick Up

The trip itself was good; however, the pick-up and the bus ride were terrible. We could more or less tolerate the bus ride (in December you should definitely bring some warm clothes, because we almost froze wearing just sweaters), but the pick-up was awful. The whole time I was afraid they wouldn’t come for us. I had read comments from people they never picked up and who couldn’t reach anyone. We went down 20 minutes earlier than the agreed time (I had sent the exact GPS coordinates the day before showing exactly where we would be waiting), but the driver didn’t show up. Eventually, I managed to reach someone who said the driver had been there but didn’t see us, so he left. After that, we waited another hour past the scheduled time until, thank God, the driver finally arrived. The tour guide was friendly, but we had the feeling that he just wanted to get it over with so he could go home. We were right — we arrived back about one hour earlier than the others. However, seeing the pyramids was an amazing experience, and the papyrus shop, lunch, and the museum were all good. Overall, it’s worth it, but there are some negative aspects you need to be prepared for. The scariest part is the pick-up — once you get through that, you’ve already passed the hardest part. Have a good trip.

Mr Sameh, thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️

As expected, the drive to Cairo from Shark its a looong one and not the most comfortable, but you have to expect it as you choose to take the bus there Our stay in Cairo was excellent due to our guide, the best we could have, and for this he would like to thank him. His name is Mr Sameh and he is the kindest, smartest and the most honest gentleman we met during our stay in Egypt. All the praise in the world for this man, we will remember our trip to the pyramids forever 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Also we wish to thank everyone on the team. Fair prices , we recommend everyone to book from this company, they are serious and genuine, way better than hotel trip agencies Happy new year 🎊

Good convenient activity packed day trip to Cairo

Convenient way to cram in 7+ hrs return travel to Cairo, pyramids, lunch, and museum in one day, with guides. The buffet lunch I was very impressed with. The bus journeys however were uncomfortable, alot of time was spent cramming in as many people as pos, the guide commentary we got was sparse and lacking interesting detail and I disliked being taken to be sold oil to. Its not a bad experience at all but personally I regret not just booking the return bus trip and pyramid/museum tours myself, it would have been more comfortable with better information and roughly the same price I think but much more work and stress on my part obviously.

Scandalous

The pyramids were beautiful, too bad for the guide and the whole organization behind them. The trip took 24 hours, but the time spent in the destinations of interest was only 2 hours in total: in front of the pyramids (1.5 h) and the museum (30 min). The guide put in a hurry and explained quickly (some things he did not even stop to explain), while when he made us stop in the shops he wanted, with inflated prices, he was quiet and went to do his business: the stops lasted at least 1 hour per store. The owners of these stores, if you didn't buy, looked at you crookedly, despite the fact that we were a group of young boys and girls. On the way to Cairo he made us make a single stop at a highway where the women’s toilets were dirty, without paper or baskets, and with amazing food prices (6 € for a pack of cookies). Lunch was free, yes, but water and soft drinks were not included, and it did not allow us to stop at any market. Dinner was not included and we ate where he wanted. Finally, even if the trip on the Nile was not scheduled, you are practically obliged to do it and pay for it because, as the guide himself warned us, the alternative would have been to sit 40 minutes in a bad neighborhood waiting for lunchtime.

Great sites. Long trip

While Wessam our tour guide was really lovely, friendly and quite knowledgeable. I felt like we should have been told before hand you could only enter the museum and pyramids using Card (as we would have been more prepared) whilst on holiday we only had mainly cash. Wessam did try to sort this out for us but seemed really dodgey as we were asked to pay an extra 100 EP to pay cash because of this we skipped the museum. The tour guide didn't come on the boat with us to explain things. The lunch you grt provided was fine nothing special but we were rushed at the pyramids so much so we were sat around for an extra hour at least waiting for the bus to come we could have spent this time at the pyramids. Also spent this hour being pestered to do a review. Seeing the Pyramids and Spinx and even the boat ride were magical but we were out 28 hours such a long trip and the bus was packed so was very uncomfortable and with only us 2 being the only english ones we didn't enjoy this part. Saying this the bus guide was also very lovely and friendly.
