Overview

Brilliant day !

We went on the Sharm el sheikh to Cairo trip via the night coach. The organisation of the whole tour was excellent and our guide Khalid was fantastic with so much knowledge and a great personality. We were collected at 11pm taken by coach and our guide got our visas in our passports and we stopped at rest house on way to buy drinks etc Arrived in Cairo and put into a group of 8 and had a small bus and our guide all day .We were at the old Egyptian museum around 9am and it was amazing to see Tutankhamun and learn about Egyptian hieroglyphics and history and see other displays. We then went on a lovely boat down the Nile, back on small bus to a papyrus shop and shown how the papyrus pictures are made, back on bus no waiting at anytime for it which was great. Had a buffet lunch at a restaurant which was nice,on to our bus to the amazing pyramids then onto an oil perfume shop and afterwards back onto the original larger bus around 5pm for our journey back to our hotel arriving at 1am. Everything ran so smoothly, there were no issues at all and we could not have asked for a nicer tour guide !! Highly recommend.

Cairo in 2 days (museum, pyramids, sphinx, sakkara, old Cairo, mosques and more)

Our trip lasted 2 days with overnight stay in a nice hotel overlooking the pyramids... We were with a fantastic guide, (cobra), who always followed us throughout and explained anything regarding the various visits... Everything perfect!!!

Really super day but tiring so be prepared. Well worth the money though, super value for the experience

Really good trip, was long and about 8 hours each way but if you like an adventure mid-holiday it’s definitely that. Tickets to the Cairo museum, pyramid area (Giza Plateau) and sphinx area were included and they stopped at a papyrus and perfumes/oils factory too, but they are trying to sell you things here so be prepared to negotiate. We also stopped at the Cairo mosque and lunch at a nice restaurant in town (included). We did have to pay for great pyramid entry additional, about £75 for 3 people and we did get mobbed by sellers everywhere. But my teenage sons and I loved it, had to be done, wonder of the world ticked off and the amount involved was well worth the money, the guides and transportation team were all very helpful. Samah was our guide he was great around the museum and the pyramid area, very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you to the team.

Very serious and professional

We booked several times with book tour egypt and never were disappointed. Professional team interesting and punctual price. In short, qualities. We book you a bus excursion to Cairo, an excursion to the island of Tiran and an excursion to the white island. As well as a private driver for our arrivals and departures to the airport. Cheaper than some taxis and always punctual. And cheaper excursion than what other sites or on site offer. Contact by WhatsApp and payment in cash on the day of the excursion. Booked with confidence with them.. than positive. All these excursions were made from Sharm el Sheikh
