Very accommodating and helpful, spoke great English, you could understand him very well. We had such a great balloon ride. We were picked up directly at the hotel and later brought back. It all worked out great. No long Waiting time at the departure point and the ride was gigantic. Although I'm afraid of heights, we were able to enjoy it very much. Ahmed Ab bood took away my fear and took great care of us.
