  2. 2 hours

The Temple of Hatshepsut, also known as Deir el-Bahari, is an ancient Egyptian funerary temple located on the west bank of the Nile River near the city of Luxor. It was built for Queen Hatshepsut, one of the few female pharaohs in ancient Egypt, who ruled during the 15th century BCE (approximately 1479-1458 BCE). The Temple of Hatshepsut is considered one of the most remarkable architectural achievements of ancient Egypt. It was designed by Senenmut.

  3. Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues located on the west bank of the Nile River near the city of Luxor in Egypt. They are all that remains of a larger mortuary temple complex built by Pharaoh Amenhotep III during the 14th century BCE (approximately 1350-1334 BCE). The statues depict Amenhotep III seated on his throne, and each statue stands about 18 meters (60 feet) tall, weighing approximately 700 tons. Our driver was also excellent, taking us to each destination with punctuality and kindness. I not only suggest it, but highly recommend it.

Mena, The legendary tour guide, bringing unity to the nation.

Mena is a fantastic tour guide, he started off by explaining Egypt and its ancient customs, not just how but why history unfolded as it did. As we went past locations, he would point them out and explain more about them. At each location he looked after me well, he told me everything I needed to know and made a few recommendations when asked. Of all my guides, he has been an absolute star and if I have time in my trip, he’s the guide I’ll be going back too. If you are his wife reading, save his other knee, he’s been a good boy, we promise 😂

Excellent guided experience in Luxor

Ahmed was a brilliant tour guide with an exceptional understanding of Egyptian history. He explained everything at our pace, making the experience both comfortable and enriching. Thank you for giving us such a memorable tour of Luxor, Karnak Temple, and the Valley of the Kings. I made a friend rather than just a tour guide thank you

Valley of the Kings

Half day tour with Mena Gamil as guide. Good communication in advance confirmed by WhatsApp. Arrived on time and took us by private car to the West Bank of the Nile. Felt safe in professional hands. Hassle free ticket purchase. Gave us as much time as we needed in the Valley of the Kings. Plenty of background history. A good value trip which I would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to go with the crowds. Thank you Mena and Egypt Lovely Tours!
