It is 97 feet (30 m) tall. The unusual form of Hatshepsut's temple is explained by the choice of location, in the valley basin of Deir el-Bahari, surrounded by steep cliffs. 100% recommend !

I recently travelled to Egypt with my family. We had booked the full day west bank tour with guide and lunch. Our guide was Sayed Gamal. He was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable. He went at a good pace with the explanation that was easy for us to follow ( we do not have much knowledge on ancient Egypt). He was very patient with our pace (we were travelling with a toddler). 100% would recommend this trip. They were exactly on time and the van was very comfortable.

Excellent job Mr Sayed Gamal! @ Luxor Egypt Tours

The day trip to the West Bank at Luxor was very well organised and the tour guide Mr Sayed Gamal was simply outstanding in accommodating our wishes and patiently explaining our questions. He is an asset to the tour group and I would strongly recommend him for anyone touring Luxor! The driver of the van Mr Mustafa was very good too and brought back a missed mobile phone in the car!

Wonderful day trips in Luxor

We had a wonderful tour with Mina to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Habu Temples and more. We also went on a second day tour to Luxor Temple and Karnak Temples. Mina was a pleasure to sightsee with, providing a lot of great information and humor along the way. Would highly recommend Mina!
