First, having WhatsApp helped with communicating. The company kept in touch with pickup and who the driver would be. The day of service the driver kept in touch on where and when to expect him. He was kind and talked about the city as we drove to our hotel. The car was clean and well kept.

After the tour to Dendera, I was taken to Luxor Airport. Both the tour and the airport transfer were very smooth and polite. This is unrelated to the tour, but if you use EgyptAir domestic flight from Luxor to Cairo, you have to wait at an outside cafe if you arrive too early at Luxor Airport. It might be a good idea to ask if you can avoid arriving too early and arrive at the baggage drop-off time.

Great airport pickup. Our flight was delayed and it took ages for our bags to show up, but our driver was right outside the door when we exited, holding a sign with our name and wearing a huge smile. We had cold water and juice in the car, and an easy drive to our hotel. It was so appreciated after a very long travel day. Thank you.
