Bad organised and long waiting times
Very bad organised with long waiting time and the tour guide couldn’t make it possible the group to stay together. Every 15 years kid can Organise it better.

Well organized and punctual. The sculpture museum to avoid because they only want to sell and at all costs. Long busy day, it's worth it, to see the real face of Egypt and not just a 4 star hotel outside of reality

Our day trip to Luxor was very well organised and we were kept informed of all timings by the tour company the day before e.g hotel pick up and what to expect from the trip . We really enjoyed our trip and our guide Ahmed was excellent, at the start he gave us a brief itinerary of the day and what to expect during the trip and all throughout the day he kept us informed, his knowledge of Egyptian history was very thorough and always answered any questions the group asked . We have to say this was the highlight of our holiday as we did do a day trip to Cairo with another company and wasn't as enjoyable as this trip. All in all I would highly recommend this trip for anyone considering seeing the wonderful sights in Luxor. Thanks again to Ahmed for a wonderful day.

The trip from El Gouna to Luxor was perfectly organized. We (8 adults) were picked up punctually at 04:30 in a comfortable minibus by two alternating drivers at our hotel in El Gouna. After a few check stops and a coffee break, we arrived in Luxor at around 09:00 and were greeted by our female tour guide. The guide spoke perfect German and English and explained all the sights to us in great detail and answered all our questions. The lunch buffet was acceptable, there was something for everyone. We accepted the Nile crossing and the carriage ride through Luxor for 10 euros each per person despite the high price in relation to the total travel costs, as we will probably only be in Luxor once. To sum up, the trip to Luxor with its more than impressive temples and tombs was a particularly wonderful experience and can be recommended without reservation, also thanks to the great tour guide and the very pleasant drivers.

The tours were superb and the guide excellent. On the other hand, it's a race, the driver is not very welcoming. But frankly the sites are magnificent.

It was simply amazing. here are some points: - our guide Nermien was nice, knowledgeable and very kind to our kids, she took us through all the sites, was very helpful and made our trip memorable, thanks Nermien! - our drivers were very fast but gentle (with literally dozens and dozens of speed bumps and checkpoints) - we were picked on time - bus was clean, cool and nice - driving through desert mountains in the sunrise light was breathtaking - seeing ordinary people live their lives on our drive between Qeda and Luxor was a strong experience as well - driving through an Egyptian town during rush hours was... interesting :-) - temple of Karnak - highlight, must see - papyrus factory - interesting to see how papyrus is made, little bit pricy but can get discounts if you are mouthy enough :-) - we skipped boat ride + horse carriage and to took the minivan so the kids can rest more and are not overwhelmed - lunch was okay (buffet style), waiters and people there were very nice (they also made us fries when we asked!) - Colossi of Memnon were okay, just a quick stop (watch out for aggressive sellers there!) - Valley of the Kings - highlight, must see, breathtaking - vising stone workers was okay - it is hard to leave without buying anything :-) - temple of Hatshepsut - a lot of stairs but totally worth it, beautiful temple, nice panorama view of Luxor from up there - bring your own breakfast, snacks and dinner, there was not enough time to sit and eat - we ate in minivan along the way (water and lunch included) - bring a lot of change for tips :-)

We are very satisfied. The bus was a minibus that we shared with another family - there were 7 of us in total. There was also free cold water on the bus. We had our own tour guide on site in German who supported and accompanied us in all areas. We got a private boat trip for 40 euros for 4 people. We didn't like the lunch so much, and the drinks were also quite expensive at 3 euros. There were regular toilet stops, but these were not always clean and cost 1 euro. At the end our tour guide gave us a small souvenir. We can definitely recommend this trip.

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the history of Luxor's majestic temples and tombs, but also about the lesser-known details that bring the stories of ancient Egypt to life. she shared fascinating insights into the lives of pharaohs and the mythology that shaped the civilization, making each site visit feel like a vivid history lesson. The personalized attention we received was a hallmark of the small group experience. Our guide was attentive to our interests and questions, tailoring her explanations to suit our group's curiosity. This made the tour feel very personalized and interactive, a rare find in the world of group travel. Upon arriving in Luxor, our visit to the Valley of the Kings was nothing short of breathtaking. Our guide's deep knowledge of Egyptology shone through as she led us through this ancient necropolis. She had an incredible ability to convey the significance of the tombs, including those of Tutankhamun and Ramesses VI, in a way that was accessible and fascinating to everyone in our group. Her narratives were enriched by her passion for the subject, making us feel as though we were stepping directly into history.
