Great excursion to Luxor from Hurghada

Our choice fell for the private minivan version. It was a beautiful excursion to Luxor. Everything was perfect. The guide Giuseppe is a wonderful person, kind, helpful and professional. The Minivan was very clean, even the perfect drivers. We always had free fresh water available: hot bottles were replaced at the stops. Good lunch, in line with the cost of the package. Hard to find better and the price is very competitive.

Full programme but mixed impression

The program is full and allows you to see the main sights of Luxor. It is fully respected. Restaurant to tourist. Logical in this type of excursion. Correct. No one got sick. -small group? There were 16 of us, so an English person had to do double translation. -the problem of these days and that everything depends on the guide. Ours did not speak very well in French and really did the Minimum Service on explanations. - always painful to note that we stay longer at the craftsman s crook than on the site of the Valley of Kings. Mixed impression, then. The program is interesting because you can see the esential of Luxor. Nevertheless, we remain on our hunger regarding the explanations of the guide.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Great experience! The drivers and the guide were phenomenal, they did not make us weigh the hours of travel, nor the heat of the place

Thoroughly recommend this tour snd Laila our super guide

Despite the very hot weather (55deg 🥵) on the day of our visit to Luxor, Leila (our guide) looked after us very well and made sure that we had a fantastic day. She was a very knowledgeable guide. From Hurghada we had a 4:10am pickup and around a 5hr journey. The drivers were great and stopped for us to grab some refreshments on the way. Thoroughly recommend this tour snd Laila if you are lucky enough to get her.

A beautiful experience thanks to a passionate guide!

I took part in this excursion with some expectations... and I left with incredible memories! From the very beginning, our guide was able to create a warm and friendly Mood. She was not only passionate about the region, but also incredibly knowledgeable: every anecdote, every historical or cultural detail was told with enthusiasm and precision. What I appreciated most was her ability to adapt to the group: she took the time to answer our questions, give us time to enjoy the scenery, and even recommend places to visit after the excursion. You could feel that she really likes what she does and it changes everything. I recommend this tour 100%, especially if you are lucky enough to have the same guide. She turned a simple outing into a real human adventure. Thank you again for this beautiful day!

A hard journey that was worth it anyway.

Our tour to Luxor was overall a great experience. The ride in the minivan was quite comfortable, even though the driver was a bit slow – which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However, it has to be said that Egyptian drivers don’t always follow traffic rules, which doesn’t exactly give visitors a strong sense of safety. Once in Luxor, we were welcomed by our German-speaking tour guide, who shared a lot of knowledge and interesting stories about the history of the sites. We had plenty of time to explore on our own and admire the stunning ancient structures. It was quite hot, but we had regular opportunities to take breaks in air-conditioned areas. Water was provided throughout the day, and lunch was included in the tour. The only downside was that the prices in nearby shops for drinks and souvenirs were very high – most likely typical tourist prices. Unfortunately, it often felt like the locals were trying to overcharge us. Despite the long journey, the trip was definitely worth it. Seeing the craftsmanship and achievements of the ancient Egyptians with your own eyes is something truly special and unforgettable.
