Overview

This isn't just another sightseeing tour—it's a private, expertly guided journey through Egypt’s most iconic landmarks, curated to offer comfort, insight, and unforgettable memories in a single day. Skip the crowds and rigid itineraries of group tours. With your own Egyptologist guide and private vehicle, you'll explore the Pyramids of Giza at your own pace, stand face-to-face with the Great Sphinx, and uncover ancient secrets at the Valley Temple. Next, step into the world’s largest archaeological museum—the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)—and see King Tutankhamun’s treasures and thousands of artifacts in a state-of-the-art setting. To end the day, unwind with a peaceful 1-hour sail on a traditional felucca boat along the Nile River—one of the most magical ways to see Cairo from the water. With door-to-door transportation, bottled water, lunch, and all entrance fees included, this tour offers exceptional value and VIP-level service.

What you'll see

  1. The Pyramids Of Giza
    30 minutes

Panoramic Viewpoint – Capture unforgettable photos of all three pyramids. Great Pyramid of Khufu – Explore the largest of the pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure – Learn the fascinating stories behind these monumental structures. The Great Sphinx – Witness the enigmatic half-human, half-lion statue guarding the plateau. The Valley Temple – Visit the ancient temple believed to be used for mummification rituals.

  2. Panoramic View of the Pyramids
    30 minutes

A stunning panoramic spot where you can see all three pyramids aligned — perfect for unforgettable photos.

  3. Pyramid of Menkaure
    30 minutes

Menkaure’s Pyramid, the smallest of the three main pyramids at Giza, may be modest in size but not in significance. Built for Pharaoh Menkaure, it reflects a more refined architectural style and once had a stunning granite casing at its base. Its proportions and elegance give it a unique charm, offering a beautiful contrast to the massive scale of the other pyramids. Standing before it, you can truly appreciate the craftsmanship and symbolic power of ancient Egyptian royalty.

  4. Pyramid Complex of Khafre
    30 minutes

Khafre’s Pyramid stands out with its preserved limestone cap and powerful presence. It’s slightly smaller than the Great Pyramid but appears taller due to its elevated base.

  5. The Great Pyramid of Khufu
    30 minutes

The Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids of Giza — and the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World. Built over 4,500 years ago using more than 2 million limestone blocks, it’s a masterpiece of engineering and ancient ambition. Standing at 146 meters when it was first completed, it held the record as the tallest human-made structure for over 3,800 years. A true marvel that leaves every visitor speechless.

  6. Valley Temple of Khafre
    30 minutes

The Valley Temple of Khafre is an ancient mortuary temple where the mummification process is believed to have taken place. Made of massive limestone and granite blocks, this well-preserved structure once connected to the Pyramid of Khafre and the Sphinx. Walking through its halls, you can almost feel the sacred rituals that took place here over 4,500 years ago.

  7. Great Sphinx
    30 minutes

The Great Sphinx of Giza, with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh, is one of the most iconic monuments in the world. Carved from a single block of limestone, it stands guard over the Giza Plateau. Thought to represent Pharaoh Khafre, the Sphinx symbolizes strength, wisdom, and royal power. Its mysterious expression and enormous size — 73 meters long — continue to fascinate visitors and scholars alike.

  8. Grand Egyptian Museum
    2 hours, 30 minutes

Enjoy a guided tour of the world’s largest archaeological museum. Marvel at the full collection of King Tutankhamun's treasures and thousands of other artifacts. Learn about Egypt's ancient history in a modern, immersive environment.

We learnt so much.

We spent the Morning at the Museum, so much to see, Ancient Egypt was incredible. Left wanting more but had so much to fit into the day. Next was the Great Pyramids. Adham Halwany, our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, we couldn’t have asked for more. We spent the Golden Hour on the Felucca on the Nile and ate in the sunset. Bought some nice scents ( no pressure to do so) didn’t buy the papyrus and that was okay too. It was good to learn how papyrus is made. Lovely day.

Seamless Cairo experience

An amazing overview of the main sights in Cairo. Started at the Grand Egyptian Museum, followed by a brief stop at a store, then off to the Giza pyramids/Sphinx, and ending with a falucca ride. All tickets were purchased in advance which saved a lot of time. Our guide Mohamed Galal was very knowledgeable and tailored the tour to our preferences. I would strongly recommend this tour

Excellent Tour and an EXCEPTIONAL Tour Guide!

Wonderful experience. Our guide Asmaa was highly knowledgeable, professional, experienced and caring. Asmaa has a great sense of humor and is highly engaging and sincere. She is passionate about her work which gives her an edge she is determined to educate while making sure you have the best experience. She accommodated all of our requests with a smile all day long even though we’re certain that our requests to forego transport and walk a lot made her quite tired. Great experience! Thank you so much Asmaa.
