It's been an excellent value to visit Alexandria. I received well-served care for the tour. I wasn't aware that there was a specific tour plan that stopped me from visiting some places that I planned earlier, but I credit it as my blunder. Nevertheless, I was pleased to experience Alexandria and its vibe for a generous fee and could enjoy authentic Turkish coffee from the business — much appreciation for my driver's effort, Essam. The package is superb value for the price.

We booked only car with driver. It was everything good, but Alexandria without Greco-Roman Museum & Founder Alexander, the Great is not complete.

The guide was polite, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, offering insightful details about the city's rich history and key landmarks. However, the tour was shorter than I anticipated, leaving me the decision that was not value for money. We returned back to Cairo at 4pm..

A good experience, the driver did not speak English but he always tried to do his best and followed the itinerary of visiting Alexandria and archaeological sites, without trying to take us to any shops in exchange for commission. I recommend them.

Guide was very knowledgeable but wished there was a narrative that tied all the activities together. Driver did not speak English but was polite nevertheless

The trip from my bucket list exceeded my expectations. My Driver Asharaf was the consummate professional. He told some interesting stories on the 3-hour ride to Alexandria and my guide Heeba, whom we met in Alexandria knew her stuff and provided ample time and direction for my visit. Lunch was provided (on my option) and it was sublime: Mediterranean sea bass with window-side views out to the sea!! We hit all the expected sights and both Guide and Driver were very accommodating when I asked to do a quick visit of the oldest Coptic Church in Africa on way to Lunch.

While we enjoyed seeing the catacombs, the Pillar of Pompei, the Roman Theatre, the Citadel, and visiting the Library of Alexandria, the driver (Waleed) that picked us up in Cairo was unsafe, unprepared, and unprofessional. He did not have any ID when he picked us up at the hotel as promised in our reservation. The car was filthy and small. Waleed did not speak English and we do not speak Arabic so communication was difficult. On the way to Alexandria, he did not have enough fuel so he stopped three times shopping for gas. One of the times he stopped for his breakfast while we waited in the car for him to finish eating. He was a reckless driver and almost got into an accident 3 times. He did not know the location of the rendezvous point with our Egyptologist guide and constantly stopped to ask for directions. He drove through some very dangerous areas of the city, apparently lost. We feared for our personal safety constantly. Eventually the driver was able to meet up with our guide so we were able to complete our tour of Alexandria. Our guide Fareed did a good job explaining the sites we visited and was friendly and helpful. We learned a lot from his insights and appreciated his kindnesses. Our driver Waleed took us back to Cairo once again driving recklessly and causing us constant anxiety. Eventually we arrived safely at the hotel.
