It was a nice, safe way to visit the Citadel and old city. I enjoyed seeing some mosques that are historical but also not too busy. My guide was very knowledgeable. You will be taken to a papyrus shop, cotton clothing shop and parfumerie but not required to make any purchases

The tour was great! Our guide, Kholoud was the best, she was very nice! She showed us the city’s best parts and made everything possible that we wanted. We went to Khan El Khalili, Islamic Cairo and Coptic Cairo! Dont miss this tour!

The visit began in the morning with a tour of the mosques and churches of Cairo. We then asked not to go to the bazaar but to take a tour of Saqqara, and for a supplement it was possible. The choice undoubtedly proved to be the right one. Experienced guide with good Italian. Only unsolicited political comments on the current situation in the Middle East are inappropriate.

This day trip is worth it only if you are interested in Egyptian history. Otherwise there are better mosque and church architectures around the world. There was lot of construction going around adding noise and just to the 40°c heat.

It was very hard to understand our tour guide because he had a heavy accent and spoke very quietly, and he didn't understand almost anything that we would say to or ask of him. It was very frustrating to be guided by and dependent upon someone who didn't really speak or understand English. The tour guide was also rude to me at least a couple of times - angrily asking me why I did or didn't do or say something.
