Great day with Marco and Iman

Had a great day with Marco, who was very knowledgable and friendly 🥰 went to some great spots away from the crowds and he was a great photographer too, which was a bonus. Iman was also a great driver, we felt very safe 😃

Amazing day in Cairo for the whole family

Ebrahim was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgable and with an excited charm and enthusiasm for the subject of the tour. He ensured our family of five had not only an informative visit to the pyramids, sphinx and GEM (among other itinerary locations), but also an entertaining and memorable experience.  Lunch was delicious and everything ran like clockwork, with zero hassling. We had a broad age range in our family group from 10 to 70+ and we all had a fantastic time. He also has a keen eye for photography and kindly went above and beyond to capture our time visiting these truly breathtaking,  historic places. Can't recommend enough.

Amazing family day trip on the All Inclusive Package to Pyramids & GEM

We booked the all-inclusive package for us & our 10 year old daughter, during a day trip to Cairo from Sharm El Sheik. Communication from our guide, MARCO was brilliant from the start & he messaged me on WhatsApp the night before to confirm arrangements. Having done so, I cannot image doing a trip like this without a guide & driver. It made everything so much smoother, without worrying about where to go, how to navigate ticket sites & beat the crowds. MARCO was extremely knowledgeable & very personable, making our tour interactive as well involving our daughter as much as possible. She especially enjoyed learning how to read the hieroglyphics! We started the morning at the Great Pyramids & Sphinx, then had a great spot for lunch picked out by MARCO where we tried some traditional Egyptian food & had a personalised experience in a local essence shop, which was an extra treat. We then had the rest of our time visiting the GEM & the Tutankhamun exhibition, before stopping off to get a glimpse of the River Nile. MARCO managed to fit so much into our day trip & really maximised the time without making it feel rushed. It really was a fantastic day trip, well worth it. Pick up & drop off from the airport was prompt & smooth, our driver AYMAN had it all in hand, so we didn't have to worry about missing our flight back. AYMAN was very polite & courteous, always there promptly when we were ready to move on, keeping us well stocked in water & chocolate too! Both MARCO & AYMAN provided an excellent, friendly & personable experience. We will definitely recommend the all-inclusive package to friends, as it just takes the hassle out of everything, meaning we only have great memories & not the stress that navigating these things can sometimes take. We would not have been able to do it without either of them. Great tour! Thank you.

Bulk goods instead of VIP experience – 3 stars only thanks to the photos

Actually, I didn’t want to write a review at all, but since our guide has asked several times explicitly, here is my honest feedback on our “VIP package” (250 € for two people). Why 3 stars? The rating really only saves the service around it: The driver was punctual and friendly, and the tour guide was very at pains and took many photos of us. This is a nice memory, but for the actual expertise it would have been a maximum of 2 stars. The disappointment: According to the platform, Buchbuch was an expert – but there was only very superficial knowledge and constant repetition on site. It was so patchy that we had to Google facts during the tour. To a simple question about who the three pyramids were actually built for, we didn’t really get an answer. Constant upselling: Despite the high price (which is a lot of money for Egypt) it was annoying that we were constantly being tried to drag us to souvenir shops or perfumeries. A touted “Papyrus Museum” turned out to be a simple shop. Also at lunch we tried to sell us a buffet by upselling; we then gave up altogether, as we did not feel like eating in the back of the car. Conclusion: If you are looking for a photographer, you are in the right place – if you are looking for an expert in history, unfortunately not.

Pyramids and the Great Museum

Quite informative day, our guide Mo was spectacular and knew a lot about Egyptian history. I highly recommend this tour, and without any doubt that Egypt is a country that always gives a desire to return 👍

☀️Exceptional Tour: Knowledgeable, Organised and Hassle-Free.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Nevin, who guided my family and I around the pyramids and the museum. From start to finish, the day was meticulously planned and completely stress-free. What really stood out was how smoothly everything ran, there was no hassle at all. Everywhere we went, people clearly knew and respected Nevin, and we were welcomed warmly, even waved through by friendly security staff. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. Nevin’s knowledge was exceptional. She brought everything to life in such an engaging way, and we all came away having learned so much more than we expected. I would highly recommend Nevin to anyone considering a tour in Egypt. She made our visit truly memorable. Thank you so much, Nevin!
