Visit to luxor day trip

Had a amazing one day trip to luxor. Our plane got delayed but the guide Dina made sure that we made maximum use of the time available to us - we visited all the important sites and managed to do some shopping too. I highly recommend Dina to any visitor on any type of tours.

Luxor Day Trip

We spent the day with Dina who was very knowledgeable on the history of all the sites we visited in Luxor. Transfers and from the airports and return to hotel were seamless. This was our second booking with this company and would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. The only thing I would like to see is that you have the option to include all entry fees and lunch when you initially pay for the tour. Regardless the tour company does make you aware of what the additional entry fees are, it would suit us to pay everything upfront. We also took the option for the nile cruise lunch whilst in Luxor, the cool breeze and views from the river was welcomed after visiting the valley of the kings.i would rate the food about 6 /10 but the boat ride definitely made it worthwhile. The manager Hesham is very proactive/ flexible and ensures that all his customers are well looked after.

Amazing Experience!

This was a great experience! Being our first time in Egypt, we wanted to get the full experience by going across difference areas of Egypt. Luxor was different as it wasn't as populated as Cairo, but still offered a lot of history to learn. Our tour guide Remon was very knowledgeable.

Full day in Luxor

Bassem was excellent! It was a long day in Luxor. I would recommend asking for an earlier flight if you want to do this trip in one day like we did....you can see all Luxor has to offer and still be back by dinner in Cairo. We were stuck with a midnight flight out and had to get a hotel to rest before the late night flight.

AMAZINGLY AWESOME AND SAFE

This was a trip of a lifetime .. This would have been IMPOSSIBLE without a GUIDE and PROFESSIONAL COORDINATION .. IF YOU VISIT EGYPT AND SKIP LUXOR YOU WILL MISS SO MUCH ... The pick up and drop off and the the personal attention and patience that was provided was like being with FAMILY... Our guide RAMON made us feel like we were with an Egyptology expert that explained everything in a fun and easy to follow format .. He also shared with us some of the culture of LUXOR . And HANI the driver was on time and patient and really knows how to command the road .. These guys made my wife’s birthday an event to remember and talk about forever .. And the pics he took came out great as well .. Do not attempt this without a GUIDE .. HESHAM TOUR will not disappoint you ... Thanks so much ..

Luxor is a must!

My boyfriend and I do a lot of traveling and rely heavily on trip advisor reviews, so we will write a very honest but long one below. We have rated each booking individually below with our overall being 3/5 stars. We actually booked three separate day tours with Hesham. Cairo/Giza, Luxor and Alexandria. We first booked Luxor with Hesham and slowly added on as our trip got closer and after we arrived in Egypt. See our other reviews for the other places if you wish. Luxor (5/5): Our driver was ready and waiting or us first thing in the morning to pick us up from our hotel and drive to the airport. We then had a comfortable, short flight to Luxor from Cairo that was arranged by Hesham as soon as we booked with him. As we exited the airport we met our guide (Ayman) and new driver. Ayman knew what he was talking about; he gave us great information at every location, spoke English very clearly (as well as German and Russian), and was sure to show us the best of the best. At every location we had free time after he elaborated the history to us. We also saw Queen Hatshepsut's temple, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, and the tourist market in Luxor - an East & West Bank tour. Ayman is a 10/10 guide, hands down. He made the Luxor trip the hightlight of our time in Egypt. We flew back to Cairo at 11pm & Ayman was willing to wait up with us while we killed time until our flight. If you have only 1 day or a short time in Egypt, we highly recommend going to Luxor. This 1 day trip is well worth it, although you could save money booking your flight yourself and arranging a guided day trip.. HOWEVER, Ayman was well worth booking with Hesham as we do not feel that we would have had the same experience without him. Prepare for a very long day walking while exploring incredible history! Luxor is a must. Be warned: as Hesham clearly states, you pay for your food and entrance fees, which ended up being roughly $100 for the 2 of us (some companies include entrance fees). Lunch is $15/person as you are highly encouraged to eat at a place they know has a clean kitchen (tourist trap, in our opinion as local food is ~$5-$10 for 2 meals). Make sure to tell them when you are hungry or the tour will keep going. Overall, Hesham was attentive and very organized. Our pick ups and drivers were always on time. 2/3 guides with Hesham were excellent. All of these places are incredible to visit with extensive history unparalleled in the world. We based our reviews off of our experience with Hesham and the guides, not the place itself.
