Sakara, Dashur and Memphis

This was a fantastic day. We are so glad we got to see the pyramids that are even older than those of Giza and we even had the chance to go inside one or two! Lots of history and fascinating information. Amira was an amazing tour guide, she made sure we were comfortable all the time and was always on hand to help us. Don’t hesitate to try the Koshary!

Don’t skip Saqqara & Dashur Pyramids!

Mahmoud, our guide, was great. He is extremely knowledgeable & entertaining. His jovial & friendly manner was very much appreciated on an extremely hot day. The Saqqara & Dashur Pyramid tour was very informative & interesting providing us with even more ancient history to absorb. Our group of three were all between 65-75 & the temperature was over 110 degrees, so just walking around was taxing and we did not go down the 236 steps into the Bent Pyramid. We did meet a young man who did & he was exhausted, I personally would not recommend that part unless you are physically fit & it’s a cooler day. We would however highly recommend this tour & Mahmoud as a guide.

Best book here tour, recommended guide omar 10 out of 10, excellent service

The best part of the trip, definitely 100% recommended, we have taken this package on the day off from the tour contracted with the flights and hotel and has been the best choice, the guide omar super friendly, respectful, patient, attentive and very good explanation of everything, also takes good photos and lets us take our time and does not press, besides my mother has had a problem with his glasses and has helped us to solve it, comparing both guides omar the one here is very very good, advises you well about that pyramid enter and takes care of your health at all times, also we were offered cold water and juice at the extra start of the meal / lunch of the end and had the opening to leave us at the museum instead of the.hotel to take more advantage of the day and if you like to take photos he is very good and the driver is also very good and patient, instead of contracting the whole package with some agency hires here direct, it is much better care and do not want you to shop where they say nor are obstructing you with things, do not hesitate and contract with them

Great experience

I enjoyed a lot, the driver is very on time. The guide we had was amazingly explaining all our questions, we also learned a lot from this experience. The price is more than affordable. The guide didn't force us to buy anything like the others we had experienced in Egypt. 100% enjoy.

Unprofessional Guide, Poor Spanish, Warm Water—but Great Driver & Bent Pyramid Entry Worth the Effort

The day started with our driver picking us up on time and then we picked up the guide since he lives closer to the necropolis than Cairo center. Guide Baher (Bob) was more than 10 minutes late coming down to meet us. He gave us two small bottles of *warm* water. Not helpful in a 30 degree weather. His explanations were basic and unprofessional (couple of sex references). His Spanish is beginner level so a lot of misunderstandings. Maybe best to take an English tour. The driver, Bahr (Pipo), was much more mindful about our experience and he even got us a cold big water. You can go inside the Bent pyramid for free. We did and loved it. That said, it’s difficult to enter, lots of steps and narrow tunnels. Consider good physical condition to enter.

Incroyable

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre journée avec Mario. Il était très gentil et ses explications étaient claires et intéressantes. Le chauffeur était aussi très sympa et conduisait prudemment. La visite vaut le détour, je recommande vivement 😁
