Pressuring to give 5 star review
Nearing the end of the tour all three of us were heavily pressured to leave a 5 star review and mention the name of our guide Mahmoud Houda.
He wanted all of us to leave a separate review and I had to even create a login to tripadvisor to do it. He also wanted us to show our review of him when we were done.
Egypt is a dangerous place so I felt like we had no choice but to leave a 5 star review to avoid any problems. This is not acceptable.

Great visit to the pyramids with Rita
Great experience - Rita was super helpful. A good blend of patience and enthusiasm. Couldn’t have been better. So interesting looking inside the pyramids!

We are going to start with the...
We are going to start with the positive: the guide is a cultured young man who speaks several languages (he should just speak a little louder!!!).
Regarding the pickup, I had requested an appointment at 7 a.m. at the hotel, the night before he explained to me that it was too early compared to the site's opening time, so I moved it to 8:30 a.m. which also suited me. However, they arrived at 9:10 a.m. Then no seat belts in the vehicle then about 1 hour of driving instead of 20 minutes because they took the wrong roads several times.
Regarding the visit to the Giza plateau, it was pleasant (we did not want to go inside the pyramid but the guide offered it to us when buying the tickets). On the site, you get around on foot or by bus. Camel ride (nice spot for the pyramids) about 10 minutes free but you have to leave a tip (apparently they are paid only by the government so they rely on tips). Regarding the horses, most are not treated well. You can also see the sphinx (from afar) but it is very good. Then the driver picked us up. The guide offered to take us to eat, papyrus visit, we refused because it was already late and I wanted to visit the new Egyptian museum. They therefore dropped us off there instead of at the hotel.
Bottom line: the price is not expensive compared to what is offered
To recommend or to do again: no, I would go directly on site and I would watch a good documentary on the Giza plateau beforehand.

Amazing
I had such an amazing experience on my tour with Mona! She was absolutely incredible. She really knows her stuff and is so knowledgeable about everything we saw. She made the entire experience fun, interesting, and unforgettable.
Mona is also genuinely such a sweetheart. She was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I actually enjoyed my first tour with her so much that I booked a second tour with her! That says everything. 😂❤️
If you’re booking a tour, I 100% recommend Mona. You won’t regret it!

Rana was a great guide! She navigated the busy chaotic areas easily and expertly guided us to each destination while sharing valuable knowledge about the sites. Great day!

Great
We booked through Airbnb. Our guide was Rita and she showed us spots far away from all the tourists. It was a great tour and we would recommend it to anyone.
