Amazing Experience!
I booked this trip very last minute and I’m so glad I did. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly with zero issues. Mohamed was waiting for me at the airport & was warm and welcoming.
Ahmed, the tour guide, is so knowledgeable, kind & helpful. Anything I needed, he would provide. He quickly organized additional excursions I wanted and private transportation to my next location at the end of the cruise. The private tour allowed for me to move at my own pace, have all my questions answered and gain deeper knowledge of all the sites than I probably would have received in a group setting. And also a personal photographer, as Ahmed was always eager to take pictures for me. I really appreciated his efforts to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.
This company made my first solo traveling experience smooth and stress-free and I highly recommend them!

Egypt Unlimited Tours - Top Notch Agency/Attention to Detail/Impeccable Service/Customer Focused
I wanted to put off my adventure to Egypt until the new museum would open. And full disclosure - I travel solo almost all of the time. However, I could not forego the opportunity, at the last minute when Egypt was one of the few countries to open up for US citizens in Oct2020 because of Covid19. I booked my hotel stays at the legendary hotels in Aswan, Luxor and Cairo (all of the Sofitel brand), and the best part of the planning was that I got connected with the team at Egypt Unlimited Tours. What a pleasure it was to deal with my first line of contact, the CEO/Founder Mohamed Moustafa. He is very kind and caring. His agency's services should have started with my being picked up to start my 4 Day/3 Night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor. However, I decided to arrive earlier in Aswan, and he kindly offered to pick me up at the airport, and then patiently made sure I was checked in at my first hotel - The Movenpick Resort Hotel. I think he was my hotel whisperer - I was upgraded to a loft style suite. I am sure he did the same for when I checked in at the Sofitel Old Cataract the following day. I had an amazing unforgettable stay there due to the fact I was again in a humongous suite with views of the River Nile. And I will not forget when Mohamed took the time to go to the pharmacy because I had forgotten the spare bottle of pain medication for my leg. He did not even let me pay for the purchase. I appreciated the wealth of knowledge he imparted to me whilst he was my personal guide for the Light and Sound Show at the temple of Philae. You can be assured he is well connected because he even shared with me that even if I would be the only tourist that evening, the producer would still put on the show. There were only about 5 locals joining us that evening and the producer made sure my audio was always properly tuned. And it was never bothersome for Mohamed to take some photos of me.
Then I was assigned Team Aswan/Luxor in the persons of Ahmed Mahmoud (Egyptologist) and Ahmed Ali (Driver). If I was not asleep or resting on the cruise boat (5 star amenities, meals in abundance and a smiling accommodating staff), both would be providing me with the assurance of security and wealth of knowledge about the historical aspects of the tours I had chosen (Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfu, the temples and tombs of the East and West Bank of Luxor etc). I also think Ahmed made sure I would be accommodated in a historical room at the Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor because my room was right next to the Royal Suite. From my balcony, I was able to enjoy the view of Coronation Street and then experience one morning, to seeing 3 hot air balloons floating over the Valley of the Kings. I did the hot air balloon ride the prior day, and there, on time, were Ahmed and Ali waiting at the drop off, with the treat of the to go breakfast that was prepared by the cruise staff. So to Team Aswan/Luxor - Thank You for always making sure of my safety (car sanitized, offering alcohol sprays when needed, staying close by to when I would explore the tombs and temples with the local guides); for being sensitive to my travel wishes and challenges; and the constant attention to detail. And thank you Mohamed for the free treat of the Light and Sound Show of Karnak Temple.
Next is Team Cairo - a shout out to Mahmoud Ramadan (Egyptologist) and Ahmad Rabea (Driver). Both passed on their irresistible energy and pride of place. They thoroughly enjoyed providing me an abundance of knowledge of Cairo and Alexandria, with side trips here and there in order to make me really appreciate the amazing country of Egypt. Again, always on time, sensitive to my needs and always watching out for my safety. And by the way, Mohamed (CEO) would always check in with me (he is based in his hometown of Aswan) as to how my day had gone and if there was anything I needed to add or modify, etc. Nothing was too much trouble.
To conclude, I actually did not have enough of my tour of Egypt, and so planning to revisit and redo a couple of tours, and, of course, visit the new museum. I had the trip of a lifetime because most of the time the hotels were barely occupied and the sites almost just for myself to be in awe of.
And, of course without a doubt, connect again with the wonderful teams of Mohamed Moustafa at Egypt Tours Unlimited.
Thank you for the exceptional service from start to conclusion. Cheers!

Trip of a lifetime
We were so fortunate to have found this amazing company while planning our trip to Egypt. Mohammed was wonderful to coordinate plans with via email prior to our trip. When we arrived in Aswan he greeted us at the airport and helped us check in to our hotel . He explained the itinerary and options and arranged all transportation and our guide for the next 5 days. We had a really awesome tour guide / Egyptologist Ahmed! He is so knowledgeable and explains things in ways that are interesting. He is so nice and animated! We really enjoyed seeing the sites and learning from him . Egypt is a fabulous country with so much to see but can be intimidating if you don’t have things arranged prior . I definitely recommend booking with Egypt unlimited ahead of time to ease stress and enjoy your time . Mohammed checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok . Very professional and nice! Remember tipping all transportation is not included so make sure to have small bills. Having a guide also helps diminish the haggling from locals who constantly want you to buy something. Definitely book a trip to Egypt ( during COVID we felt safe and had many temples all to ourselves!!)

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.
I cannot emphasize enough how happy we were with this experience. We took the overnight train from Cairo to Aswan in order to board the cruise. Our train was several hours late, but our guide and the cruise line worked with us to ensure that we would still be picked up from the station and that we would not miss out on any of the sites to be seen.
Our guide Mohamed was incredibly knowledgeable. He customized the information he gave us based on what we were interested in. He taught us so much about ancient Egypt, but he also gave my husband and me time to ourselves to enjoy the sites privately.
The room and food onboard beat our expectations. They were both well above the standards of American cruise liners.
We were nervous to travel during COVID, but the staff was very professional and took several measures, including sanitation and masks, to keep everyone safe. We did not feel like anything about our trip was negatively affected by COVID.
If you are considering booking this trip, DO IT. I hope to do this same cruise again with my parents in the near future.

took great care of us and covered the main sites
the best part was the service. everything was SPOT ON. our train was 3 hours late, yet they were there with a smile to meet us when we arrived. our guide, Mustapha, was ALWAYS on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. everything was a planned and expected. the price was good for what we got, as it included many admission tickets. we sailed on the Dolphin, which is billed as a 5-star cruise but is really a 3-star experience. the boat staff were wonderful - very polite and helpful and all did their jobs with a smile. the food was under-par, although it seemed like they tried. the boat itself fairly average and the entertainment mostly non-existent.

Lots of difference with a good tour and guide and you never be disappointed. Best Nile cruise tour experience in Egypt.
Would like to highlight that I am backpackers and I normally plan my own tour and I did own tour at Giza Pyramids and there are certain information and culture we still not familiar and it does make things a little hard. But we never regret to take Egypt Unlimited Tour with Mostafa. Even thou I ask lots of questions and worry about scammers before the booking confirmation but it ended with a beautiful and satisfied travelers.
Here is my review on Egypt Unlimited tour: -
Tour Booking, Assistance & Introduction: Mostafa was very responsive and assist with all the introduction, confusion and doubts during the booking confirmation. We were proposed few cruise but we took the lowest budget cruise Radamis 2 but the overall experience still look perfect.
Tour Services & Guide: We took the 4 days 3 nights Nile River cruise from Aswan to Luxor and add on the Abu Simbel tour. The tour start when we arrived at Aswan and everything was taking care off until drop off at Luxor Hotel. We assigned a tour guide name Mohamed and he is nice and knowledgeable even thou sometimes look little serious but no doubt his historical story is awesome. At time he is not so calculative and even pay for the small tips for our luggage as we did not have small change. He also assist us on the cruise confusion as the restaurant staff was deny us and mentioned that we are on the wrong cruise which is so humiliating but the cruise provide us a huge fruit basket as a token of apology. That is all the little compliments that really make the big difference.
Overall Tour: The tour is perfect with a great Abu Simbel tour and great Nile River cruise experience with all planned from Mostafa & Egypt Unlimited Tour.
Tour Tips: Agreed on all the tour requirement and preference with proper quotation or documentation during the booking to avoid confusion. We agreed on the felucca ride but there are some hiccup during the tour but luckily Mostafa did sent us confirmation for the proof to proceed.

Fantastic Experience!!!
My husband and I travelled to Egypt for his 40th birthday. It was something he always dreamed of doing which intensified the pressure to choose the right tours. I'm so happy we decided to do the Cruise with a private guide. It removed the stress of trying to figure out how to navigate around Egypt and allowed us to see most of the sites on our list...Valley of Kings, Karnak, Abu Simbel. We were lucky to have Amr as our guide. From the moment he met us to the time we left, every detail was thought out and we were well taken care of. He is extremely knowledgeable and his passion for Egyptian history and culture helped bring the sites to life. Amr was exceptional and helped make our trip an amazing an experience we will always remember. Don't hesitate booking this trip. You will not regret it. And ask for Amr!!! You will be in good hands.

Wonderful experience from Aswan to Luxor
It’s our fisrt time in Egypt. We booked this tour because it is the highest range on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. The best thing in this trip is our guide tour, Amro Ghanem. He’s a real egyptologist. He explained all the history of ancient Egypt in an easy and interesting ways. We really had a great time visiting Egypt thanks to him. We highly recommend anyone who love to study ancient Egypt history to request for him. Our cruise, M/s Nile style is modern and well-decorated, also good quality of foods and friendly staffs. Safe and punctual transportation throughout the trip.

Our guide Amr was the best we could ask for!!!!
LA to Egypt. Our Aswan to Luxor cruise on the Nile. Is a once in a lifetime trip that was enhanced by our guide Amr. His knowledge, passion for the topic is 2and to non. We saw everything the Nile has to offer with a local perspective with the sophisticated approach but yet made easy to understand even if you'rea layman. From all the temples, dams, Nubian Village, Valley of Kings, Abu Sembal. To my wife and I we plan to come on our once in a lifetime trip but next time with the kids and not only are we going to request my guy Amr, I also intend to directly refer my friends to him as well. True professional at what he does and he truly cares about people knowing more of what Egypt has to offer. This trip has helped us expand our travel horizon

Great Value in Exploring Egyptian History
We were a group of 5 who booked a private tour. Our guide was Mohamed A. Salman who was nice and good in explanation at all the sites we visited. We enjoyed our trip on the Nile Dolphin boat, which seemed a bit old with a good paint-over for a claimed 5 star accommodation. The value of the tour is great given that the tickets for all the included attractions are roughly $100 USD alone.
The communication with the company was sparse from my experience prior to the trip. Another negative aspect was our guide lying to me that the tomb of Tausert Seknakht (KV 14) at the Valley of the Kings was closed, when in fact it was open (I trekked upwards and checked after my final tomb visit). I had already gone to the 3 tombs allowed by the ticket fare and from what he had recommended. Thus, I could not see the one I wanted to see, last. Therefore, please go see for yourself if the tomb is indeed open instead of relying on the guide's words since it most likely will be your only visit there at the grand site, compared to the many trips the guide has taken! Do your research beforehand.
