Amazing experience
Taalat Abdo is an amazing guide. He was very well organized, knowledgeable, and explained everything with warmth and a touch of humor that made each visit memorable. Thanks to him, we didn’t just see temples, we really understood their history. Highly recommended. :)

Good times and education
We just finished a fantastisk Cruise with a los of great visits to tempel, tombs and great landsites. We traveled as a family of three and shared our guide Mohammad Abdo with another couple.
Muhammad did an outstanding job of keeping us updated on plans and schedules, and on sites he was very knowlegdable and informative and had a great way of ensuring that we got the most out of our visits which was no small task since the sites are very popular and at times crowded.
We sailed with the ship Residence and we enjoyed the friendly staf and great food.

I don't know why five stars.
This is the second cruise on the Nile in my life. This time I went with my family. I signed up for the tour in the 5.30am slot (that was the only time I could choose), but a tour guide emailed me the day before to meet me at KFC. Last minute we were traveling on an international flight, so there was a time difference, so we finally found the meeting place, so we called Whats Up to see you at KFC.
The domestic flight from Cairo to Aswan arrived late (as it often does) and arranged a taxi to KFC, just in case, KFC, not a transfer. My tour guide said yes. I contacted the company but they ignored me. As a result, there is no way you can get to KFC on time by taxi in Egypt, so you go early. It's 11 o'clock, waiting for 30 minutes in the middle of no shade. I was hungry and asked my guide if I could go to KFC to get some, and he said that the ship was over there (I don't know where the stairs are down) and left me there. I ate outside for another half hour to wait. As it turns out, lunch was at 13.30, so I'm hungry for the kids. I was right to take out at KFC.
A tour guide may be a good archeological commentator, but it's a record low for an assistant on board. They don't work with the front desk or the restaurant, and they don't help themselves when they're in trouble. Even when I ask the receptionist, they tell me to ask a guide, and I can't prepare myself because I barely know what time and where I'm going (I understand the arrival time in Luxor will be delayed due to the canal crossing). On the last day, the boat arrives at a terminal very far from town (it's better to spend the night looking for a cruise to the dock in the center), there's nothing around, the sightseeing bus arrives 30 minutes late, and the rest of the guests leave more and more by bus. Waste your time after being forcibly taken to a souvenir shop (pictured is one of the two) after Karnak temple, then to the temple at night. I was told to enjoy the dinner by 21:00, to take my suitcase out into the hall by 5:30 the next morning, and to leave my room and go to the balloon before 8pm on the bus. If I'd known from the start that it was a 5:30 suitcase, I could have packed it while the ship was moving.
Plus, if you're eating breakfast on the morning of the balloon, you're eating, but you're putting it away ... Anyway, why should you tip someone who's risking their life to clear the table (they say you put the tip in an envelope and we all split the bill)? The guide turned a blind eye as he couldn't speak English when he protested. There were so many restaurants that they had taken mikake beer with them, and only forks had been taken with them, and they could not eat it. Sorry for the service, even though some of the meals were delicious. And since there are almost no labels, I can't tell what's an Egyptian speciality or which spice to try, I'm told As you like, and at last I don't think it's five stars.
The balloon was cancelled and refunded $16. If you can ride it for $16, it must be wonderfully cost-effective. Then I told the restaurant I wanted to have a coffee and you said breakfast was already over. I was just urged by you ... If we cancel the balloon, we'll meet at 7:30 so we could pack slowly and enjoy the fruit. On balloon days, you want to finish work early and rest. I have a customer who's going to check in next. Comes with a balloon. I chose it because it was a tour of the city, but I thought it was a strategy to get people out of their rooms early in the morning. (The next guest is allowed in at 11 o'clock.)
During my stay, I went down to Cabin to change the pool towels, but they weren't in stock, and Swim, I know that the room attendant who brought my own towels to the pool, the one who made me a delicious omelet, are all grateful. Fried fish on the first day? was also delicious for the Japanese.
In the end, he said he would take me to his hotel. So I asked the cruise company again why they didn't pick me up, and they said that the Arabic address on Booking.com was wrong. I kept mentioning the hotel's name, but thought it wouldn't happen, but I ignored it when I sent it saying there was no Refund for not picking up or dropping off. And then the guide calls me again to tell me what the problem is. In the end, I don't know if the guide is an archeological commentator plus a caretaker on land or on board, or if the booking manager of the shipping company is, but it's imperative that you somehow feel bad about it, slipping through the gaps in service. It's not five stars.
Mr. Guide was a freelancer, and he kept asking me to write reviews. That's why I'm convinced there are so many names. I dare not write your name here, but I think you are a good archeological commentator. The shopping time at the bazaar outside the temple or something was zero minutes. The meeting place is a cafe on the premises. When you get together. The boat goes straight to the bus and you can't buy souvenirs. Souvenirs and souvenirs for which the guide doesn't have a margin don't even get time. English is difficult for Japanese to hear. He said that his children were looking forward to the carriage, but he strongly recommended taking a bus because it was early in the morning and it was dark and dangerous (the bus was more group activity, the carriages were dispersed into small groups, so it was time to get together and join up, and tip) and he wanted to keep his children's dreams alive. As it turned out, we enjoyed riding our own carriage and another one (which, by the way, is a very pleasant memory for £200 after we entered the hotel in Luxor and rented a carriage from 17:00 to 21:00).
In summary, if you don't expect anything from a guide, I think it's a good ship at a reasonable price. The refrigerator didn't cool down and the hot water didn't come out. I do, but I'll write it down.

The mid awesome first experience doing a cruise through the Nile!
We had an absolutely unforgettable Nile cruise, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Hady. From start to finish, he was amazing—kind, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and always focused on making sure we were getting the best possible experience and true value for our money.
The landscapes along the Nile were breathtaking, and seeing the magnificent temples on both sides of the river was truly incredible. Hady’s explanations brought everything to life: he shared deep knowledge about the temples we visited, as well as fascinating insights into the geography, history, culture, and fun facts of the places we traveled through.
We always felt safe, well accompanied, and well taken care of throughout the cruise. We never lacked water or food, and Hady was always happy to accommodate stops or moments for photos and to fully enjoy each site. His organization, calm presence, and passion for what he does made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable.
Hady genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to ensure an enriching and memorable experience. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well-organized, informative, and unforgettable Nile cruise.

Convenient and well-organized tour with an experienced guide
We visited as a group of three with my parents. Our guide, Hady Ahmed, is a very experienced tour guide with over 22 years of experience, and he has a warm, friendly, and playful personality. He put his heart into every excursion, and his explanations and passion for Egyptian history were truly impressive.
My parents are not fluent in English, but Hady was very considerate and patient, so we never experienced any communication issues. Thanks to him, the entire tour felt comfortable and well taken care of.
Our vessel was Nile Shams. The cabin condition was quite nice, the food was fantastic, and all of the cabin crew members were warm and welcoming.
We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt.

Recommend Hady tour
Imperial Egypt's Hady guide recommends a 3-night, 4-day cruise tour. Thanks to Haydie's detailed explanation of the remains, it was easy to understand, and I was grateful for trying to solve the problem during the trip. The room in the hole of the boat can have noise, vibration, or smell.
