The site is incredible. The most beautiful I have visited since my arrival in Egypt. I thank Nice Tours for this enriching experience. The 4 a.m. departure stings a bit but it's worth it. The person we were in contact with for the excursion, Suzanna, she is great! She reacted super quickly to messages, the exchanges with her were fluid. So, we started other excursions with them on Luxor :D

The visit to the 2 temples of Abu Simbel was incredible. Booking the excursion went well. Suzanna stayed in touch with us from the moment we booked until we returned from the excursion to see if everything had gone well. She was very accommodating as we had to change the hotel pickup location the day before the excursion. The group was small, there were 9 of us so it was perfect to visit in a small group. Departure was on time, we were picked up at the indicated time (4 a.m.). The journey went well with a break on the way out (to see the sunrise) and on the way back. The drivers were pleasant. On site, we had a 1-1.5 hour visit which was more than enough to visit the 2 temples, without rushing. The English guide's explanations were simple and clear for us. Return to the hotel between 1 p.m./2 p.m. Thanks again to Suzanna for this excursion!

I booked a trip to Abu Simbel. Very good door to door service. They pick you up at your hotel in the early morning around 4am. It’s a 4-hour drive there. Then you have about 2 hours to visit. Provided a free guide to give you a brief about the temple. The temple is amazing and a must see. Suzanna from customer service is very helpful and answered all my questions in time. She arranged all the thing perfectly

Our first impression was Suzann's excellent communication through WhatsApp. From there everything went to plan, Mohammed our guide was knowledgeable and very helpful. The drivers were also excellent, I'm a nervous passenger but felt safe throughout.

The agency is amazing! And they were very professional. I had booked the tour with them and 1 hour before we had to leave I started to get very sick. Although I gave them very short notice and they had already sent a boat and bus to pick us up at our hostel (located on an island in the Nile), they cancelled the activity without any problem and refunded our money. It was a real shame not to be able to attend but they confirmed that they are an amazing agency.
