Good for the strong bodied

Trip as a whole was good, the site of course was fantastic. Good communication with the tour company setting up pick up. Bus inside was fine, but the shock absorbers were non existent, not great for neck or back issues. Would advise a larger bus for those in similar states.

Superb experience !!!

We spent a magnificent day in Abu Simbel, they helped us at all times, contacted our boat and came to pick us up at the port. All great.

Right on time, no problem.

They picked us up at the hotel on time and we were back on time. I stayed there for an hour and a half, but partly because I wanted to watch it slowly, and when I told him that I didn't need a guide because I had studied in advance, he cheerfully let me observe it alone.

Careful what you wish for

Pls check my detailed review on Nice Tours, the subcontractor who operated this tour. Viator as an aggregator, a software platform, did nothing wrong. What's misleading is that youbdont know who'll operate the tour until you've swiped the credit card...

Great trip without any complaints

Everything done as listed. Organizer even found a tuk-tuk driver to take me from hotel in Gharb Soheil to meeting point. No hidden fees and everything was great.

Mina Representative

Mina was our Representative, punctual on the boat passed inside the reception to wait for the driver with us. The journey was long because it is quite a few hours, they make a stop halfway, the roads a little bad with bumps but the van passed them super super slow. Our family of 8 could enjoy Abu Simbel perfectly for an hour and a half, Mina was waiting for us at the cafeteria. We were back at 2.40pm on the boat. Very good Representative was Mina

Excellent tour guide

"I can honestly say that Gabriel Kaddees was the best tour guide I have ever traveled with in Egypt . Her extensive knowledge, articulate and clear communication skills, pleasant, warm and approachable manner, and expert management of logistics made the trip smooth, interesting, and enjoyable." Gabriel is highly recommended!

Incredible visit, worth the early wake up!

This was an incredible trip. We had to wake up very early and drive a good 3-4 hours each way but it was very well worth the trouble. You can also sleep on the way there and back in the van. We were taken by Van and it was comfortable with air conditioning. We slept on and off so it didn’t feel that bad. They make one stop each way. There are two drivers who switch off so that actually made me feel safer. You are about 50km from the Sudanese border and it has not always been the safest area but it was perfectly safe when we were there. Now for the pièce de résistance: the Temples themselves! WOW! It was worth the drive and the early wake up. The history and information provided by our wonderful guide Marcos was great. And the sites themselves were an absolute marvel. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative thing about the visit was the annoying shop keepers on your way out, but that is on par with every site you visit in Egypt. You can’t escape it. And the restaurants drinks are outrageously priced to the point where it’s criminal but otherwise it was an incredible visit. And Nice Tours gave us all a little gift of a scarab bracelet which I thought was a lovely gift!
