This was a good trip. Luxor Aswan travel company stayed in contact from day 1. Their guides are all very qualified.We stayed on the Le Fayan nile cruise boat which was exc ellent,food service etc. Have no hesitation recommending the trip and the company.

Unser Besuch in Ägypten war eine so stressfreie, angenehme und unvergessliche Reise. Dies liegt hauptsächlich an der nahtlosen Organisation und Fehlerbehebung von Hany. Das Boot und die Ausflüge waren wie beschrieben, unser freundlicher Führer war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent und alle Transfers waren pünktlich. Wir vergaßen einen JBL-Sprecher in der Kabine und alarmierten das Team von Hany, das sofort einsatzbereit war und uns zwei Tage später die Lieferung zukommen ließ. Wir lassen Ägypten überwältigt von der Schönheit seiner historischen Denkmäler und der Freundlichkeit seiner Menschen. Vielen Dank Hany, Ahmed und Mohd Naseer.

Very impressed with the courtesy, kindness, professionalism, ease of communication and competency of your staff. The transfers from airport to hotel to boat and then boat to hotel to airport were seamless and much appreciated. We were also very grateful to have such an experienced and pleasant Egyptologist guide in Mr Mohamed Badawi. We enjoyed his information and his company. I traveled to Egypt with my parents who are in their late 60s. Hany, the Manager was super helpful in trying to set things up so we would be comfortable. The cruise was better than expected, relaxing. We were vegetarians, but had a good choice of food items to chose from. Our guide Mahmoud was a well informed Egyptologist. He knew places, took our walking pace into consideration. I believe I know Egypt a little because of my guide and Luxor and Aswan travel. I do recommend it!

We cannot say enough good things about this tour company, by far the best one we used during our time in Egypt. Everything was well organised, we had the same guide for our tour whos knoledge was very good. He arranged a boat ride down the Nile in Aswan, which was enjoyable. We did the 4 night cruise from Luxor to Aswan with a couple of extra tours thrown in.

Das gesamte Personal an Bord war absolut großartig. Wir hätten uns keine glattere Erfahrung vorstellen können! Mohammed war unser Führer von Luxor und Assuan Travel und er war UNGLAUBLICH! Sehr kenntnisreich und immer höflich und respektvoll unserer Zeit! Er hat uns die schönsten Orte dieser Städte gezeigt und immer dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sicher fühlten. Unsere vierköpfige Familie (13- und 10-jährige Kinder) verbrachte 9 Tage in Ägypten. Hany kümmerte sich um jedes Detail der Logistik. Mohammed Badawy (@mohammedbadawy) - Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich so gut um uns gekümmert haben und uns in 5 Tagen mehr über das alte Ägypten beigebracht haben, als wir jemals in einem Klassenzimmer lernen konnten. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich voll und ganz für unsere Kinder engagiert haben. Vielen Dank für alle Ratschläge. Vielen Dank, dass Sie mit jedem Auto, Boot und jeder Kutschenfahrt fertig geworden sind. Sie haben die Reise für uns unvergesslich gemacht und wir sind dankbar. Wir haben unseren letzten Tag damit verbracht, die Pyramiden, Sphinx und Sakara auf einem Tagesausflug zu sehen. Hany hatte einen weiteren tollen Führer arrangiert! Dies war unsere zweite Tour mit Herrn Ahmed, die wir nach der Ganztagestour in Alexandria in der vergangenen Woche speziell angefragt hatten. Auch hier war er ein großartiger Führer für Dashur, Memphis und Sakarra - sehr sachkundig, aufmerksam auf unseren Komfort und auf unsere (vielen) Fragen, auch wenn sie nicht zum Thema gehörten. Wir hatten also eine Ganztagestour und eine Halbtagestour mit nichts als Lob.

Alles war für uns organisiert, wir schickten Termine und was wir gerne machen würden und es wurde alles sortiert! Gute Kommunikation mit der Reisegesellschaft. Von der ersten Abholung von unserem Hotel bis zu unserer Rückgabe am Ende sorgte unser Guide Ismail dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten, umsorgt wurden und uns am wichtigsten über das Niltal in Gegenwart und Vergangenheit informierten. Sehr zu empfehlen das Nubian Village in Assuan sowie die Abu Simbel Tempel, auf jeden Fall die Fahrt wert! Auf jeden Fall Wanderschuhe, Sonnencreme und einen Hut mitbringen!

Before our trip, I spent so much time researching companies and ships and potential itineraries. If you're at that stage, stop now, and just go with this company. Tell them where you want to go and they will take care of the rest in a way that surpasses any skeptical hesitation you may have. The ship (" Amwaj Livingstone") we sailed on was wonderful: the staff was so attentive; the food was delicious with plentiful options (including for vegetarians), and always had middle Eastern options but also usually other types of cuisines; the suites were really well appointed with a surprising amount of storage AND a sitting area in front of floor to ceiling windows; and the bathroom even had a tub! Common areas were very comfortable as well. Our tour guide for most of the cruise portion of our trip, Hassan, was superb. An egyptologist and archeologist, there were few questions that stumped him. He was such a nice guy, fun to spend so much time with, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was punctual and completely catered our days to what we specifically wanted to see and to do. We could not have been more delighted to have had him as our guide. In Cairo, we had just one day with a guide, and that was another expert egyptologist, "Zouzou." She also is very knowledgeable and such a nice, sweet person who toured us around the pyramids and through the museum. We really enjoyed our time with her as well. Know that with this company, your every need will be anticipated and planned for. When there were just 2 of us, we had a nice air-conditioned car for the long drive to Abu Simbel. When one other friend joined us, we had a very comfortable and modern van, with A/C. Drivers are provided for all vehicles, the tour guides aren't distracted by navigating or driving us themselves. (and driving in Cairo is VERY distracting!) It's hard to know exactly how many details they take care of for you until you spend a day with their guides. Upon arrival at each tomb or temple, our guides handed us our entry tickets. We didn't have to wait in line or deal with understanding what to buy, or when photography permits were required. In each area we toured, Hassan even suggested the best spots to get a great photo, and never hesitated to offer to take photos for us. Based on our preferences, we were taken shopping for the products in which we had expressed an interest; in our case, perfumes and cotton. What we bought was well wrapped for the long ride home to the US, and everything made it back unscathed. Lastly, I'll add that I felt 100% safe the entire trip. I often travel alone, and I waited to do this trip until I could go with some male friends. On the next trip, I would feel safe traveling as a single female, or with another female friend, without hesitation. I do plan to return to see the part of the Nile between Cairo and Luxor, and I absolutely positively will call on Hany and his team again. The planning next time will take me no time at all. I encourage everyone to go to Egypt to see the amazing sights, and to use this company.
