Amazing experience
This company was amazing from start to finish. I was very nervous visiting Egypt for the first time but there was someone to greet us along every stop. Both tour guides spoke very good English and were very knowledgeable about the history and specifics of the country. We were exposed to the best places for gifts and memorabilia. We even did a hot air balloon ride as an upgrade. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody traveling to Egypt. We did a few different activities and a few more locations from Aswan to Cairo. Mr. Hany can customize a trip for you to see everything your heart desires. Give him your wish list and he can make it happen! I can’t wait to go back!

THE BEST TOUR COMPANY IN ALL OF EGYPT!
I am usually a very organized person. I found Luxor and Aswan travel to be exceptionally organized, prompt and and very attentive to all of my needs. From the time we landed in Luxor, to our amazing tour guide,Ahmed , the beautiful cruise ship and very well put together tour, I would absolutely recommend this company for a seamless and memorable trip down the Nile. Looking forward to going back soon and definitely using them for ALL my touring needs in Egypt!

Spectacular Experience
I normally do not engage with travelers agencies. I try to deal directly with the specific company that actually provides the service. However, the company that I worked with in 2015, Djed Tours for a dahabiya cruise and was thrilled with them, in 2020, the same company was incredibly unreliable and unscrupulous. I feel extremely bad having to call them out for their poor conduct, but it was in contrast to the perfect service in 2015, that it is worth a fair warning to TA readers. But lets focus on the positive because on incredibly short notice, Hany, the key online contact at Luxor And Aswan Tours literally saved the day. While he was unable to find any dahabiya companies, he suggested a river cruise boat that met our date and budget parameters. Our trip also had some other moving parts beyond the cruise- a transfer from Hurghada to Luxor, an Abu Simbel add-on, a Cairo one day tour. Hany executed everything perfectly. most importantly, he set us up with two top-notch Egyptologists, not just tour guides. I can't emphasize the importance of a guide that is not only friendly and entertaining, but who is intelligent and knowledgable. The challenge with ancient Egyptian sites are that despite their often colossal sizes and engineering feats, the architecture and hieroglyphics can run the risk of seeming a bit repetitive and monotonous. But, superior Egyptologist guides like Ahmed and Zeinab made every site totally come alive with their own unique and quirky backstories, so every site felt totally distinct, not a mush or a blur. They both fielded my rapidfire barrage of questions that were relentless for 6 days. Hany was in constant contact over the course of the trip, and we appreciated his interest in being available and accountable. He also provided welcome assistance with hotel and restaurant choices over the course of the trip. When we wanted to customize part of the trip, he gave his frank opinion about whether our preferences were a good cost, logistical and tourist option. I fully expected Hany and his staff to deliver what was represented, but everyone at the company truly OVERdelivered. And we were grateful for their stellar effort on our behalf. Now I zee why their 5 star reviews are so overflowing. They truly earn them.

Nile Cruise Luxor-Aswan 4 nights
We want to thank Luxor Aswan Travel agency to have organized such a nice cruise for us, we really enjoyed every part of it. We consider ourselves very lucky to have interacted with highly professional agents, particularly Mr. Hany El-Dosouki, as well as with a truely knowledgeable and so kind guide, Mister Ahmed Helmi. They all are always ready and happy to help out with any upcoming request and/or desire to make them come true. And they are not only interested in sharing their cultural heritage and beautiful nature but they are also very proud of it. They made our trip as perfect as we expected it to be. Five stars for the ultimate customer satisfaction experience!

Full relax and immersion in Ancient Egypt
My husband and me traveled with our son of 11 years old. It was really exciting. We booked a cruise through 'Luxor and Aswan" travel agency. According our wishes the manager of the agency choose for us the ship Amwaj and a private guide Ashraf - a real egyptologist. And we thank them very much because they really followed our expectations. The services on board were perfect, the meal was delicious , the excursions were interesting as well for us as for our son. He asked a lot of questions to the guide and always received the reasonable answers! Especially we appreciated the excursion early in the morning after our train arrival between 5 and 6 a.m. when the sun was rising and illuminated the Luxor temple. It was fantastic! But I advice on the way from Cairo and back to take plane instead of train because it is cheaper, more comfortable. The train is too speedy and very noisy, it is imposable to sleep. In winter time it was really cold because of the winding. But it was an interesting experience in any way!

Excellent experience with "Luxor & Aswan" Agency and Farah Cruise
My experience with "Luxor & Aswan" was excellent from begging to end. Hany (the person I always talked with) is a perfect tour organizer. From our first communication I made it clear that I wanted to book with a specific cruise (Farah), and he made sure to get me a space on that cruise. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Also, during our 5 days tour, he was always sending me messages to check that everything was OK and that I didn't need anything. The total price paid included all the entrance and fees to all the activities. The Farah Cruise was excellent in every detail. The facilities, the rooms, the staff, the food, the activities, the night entertainment, etc.. Also, the Egyptologist provided to us (Yasser) is an excellent Egyptologist and organizer. He had great knowledge about everything (there wasn't a question he didn't know the answer to). He also had so many years of experience doing this type of activities that he knew perfectly well how to organize all the tours in such a way that we were always almost alone (with no other tourist). We would always start our tours almost alone, and when we finished and enjoyed each tour, those places would be starting to jam-up with people. Also, the Abu Simbel tour was perfectly organized and we even enjoyed more hours in Abu Simbel than tourist with other agencies (I know this because we saw groups coming after us and leaving before us). I couldn't be happier with my experience with "Luxor & Aswan", the Farah Cruise and the Egyptlogist provided. I highly recommend this tourist and can wait to book with them again in the future.

Great experience cruising down the Nile River
We have 8 people booked a 5days cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Hany was our travel guide along the journey, he was very knowledgeable, nice and funny, helped us organise everything we need. The cruise was comfortable and the food was amazing, we did enjoy some amazing moments. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and highly recommend using this travel agency to book the next holiday in Egypt.

Unforgettable trip and cruise
Mr Hany El Dosouki gave great advice on the selection of tour. We’ve picked “Farah” and been arranged Mr Hany Ashour to be our professional Egyptologist tour guide in good English. As a group of 8 friends, we love the arrangement and informative historical sharing of all the spots we’ve been. Also, we have no hassles on our spend and tips with local in shoppings. Both Hany made the trip a memorable experience.
