Memorable Tour with seamless service and Top Quality Accomodation
We booked the 5 day cruise on the Oberoi Philae at relatively short notice through Luxor & Aswan Travel. Their organisation was perfect and we were greeted at each point by both a private driver and guide, who in some cases saw us right up to the check-in desks at airports. The private driver and guide was absolutely invaluable when it came to seeing the many breathtaking sites along the itinerary and allowed us to take our time where we wanted to to get a real appreciation of what we were seeing and where we were. The Oberoi Philae only has 22 Cabins which are expertly appointed and much larger than normal river cruising cabins. The food and service on board the Oberoi Philae was excellent.

Perfect organization
Our trip to Egypt was perfect thanks to Luxor and Aswan Travel. Since the first contact, Hany El Desouki (reservation manager), helped us to configure our trip with great patience and quick and accurate answers. He helped us to choose the Nile cruise and he managed everything in a very quick and professional way. Perfect.
Once we were in Luxor, Yasser, our Egyptologist guide, guided us into ancient and present Egypt with his huge knowledge of the theme in a very fun and deep way. He is always looking forward to the traveller's needs and wants and he adapts everyday trips to get the best experience.
The driver's team and the quality of the vehicles provided by the travel agency were perfect as well. New and clean high standard vehicles with experienced and safe drivers.
The cruise itinerary is stunning and all the top sites on the Nile are included. We could see many differences between our trip and many other traveller's trip in terms of quality and time spent on the visits. We saw tourists groups forced to visit and visit stores meanwhile we were visiting temples, tombs, viewpoints... Yasser helped us to find a few real good-quality stores that we asked for. Only the stores chosen by us.
For animal respect reasons, we asked to avoid horse-drawn carriages or camel rides and it wasn't a problem for them. They changed the carriages transfers quickly into a car without any problem.
I strongly recommend choosing Luxor and Aswan Travel.

We had an amazing time with our wonderful guide Shema. We miss her very much. She was truly the best. The cruise was great too. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good time.

Unser Familienausflug war wirklich ausgezeichnet und unvergesslich. Alles gut organisiert, sicher und reibungslos. Ahmed, unser Reiseleiter, hat einen super Job gemacht. Er ist sehr aufmerksam und sachkundig und hat alle unsere Bedürfnisse vorausgesehen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Hani, der bei der Planung der Reise geholfen und alle Buchungen arrangiert hat, ist sehr kompetent und sehr kundenorientiert.

La mejor agencia para viajar a Egipto. AAA+++ en atención!
Yo hice una reserva en Luxor & Aswan travel desde España, al haber buscado un barco para crucero concreto que quería contratar y tras haber comprobado que esta agencia me lo podía vender. Aproveché y contraté un tour completo desde Luxor, con un guía privado que hablaba español, Yasser, y cuyos servicios terminaban en Aswan. Asumí además el riesgo de hacer dos transferencias del dinero de la reserva del viaje desde España a un banco Egipcio, basándome sólo en mis lecturas de comentarios favorables de trip advisor y otras web de viajes y de mis conversaciones con Hany, el responsable de la Agencia.
Pues bien: he de decir que ha sido uno de los mayores aciertos de mi vida, el riesgo valió la pena sin duda. No solo conseguí un precio muy bueno comparado con el que se puede conseguir por servicios privados equivalentes desde España, sino que la profesionalidad de su guía Yasser, un experto en los monumentos de su país y una buena persona con habilidad para conseguir las mejores condiciones para las visitas por delante de los tour operadores normales, y un servicio esmerado y con una atención premium por parte de todos los implicados, desde el propio Hany hasta Taha, que nos atendió de forma personalizada hasta dejarnos en la puerta de embarque de nuestro vuelo, tras esperar con nosotros en el aeropuerto más de tres horas por un retraso inesperado no hace más que ratificarme en que no hay mejor modo de visitar este país que esta agencia egipcia de viajes y que vale la pena que os pongáis en contacto con ellos desde el principio si queréis organizar el mejor viaje de vuestra vida a este país inolvidable!

Inolvidable
Tener un guía con tanto conocimiento hizo de nuestra vacaciones inolvidables no había preguntas que mi familia tuviera que el no supiera las respuestas, nuestra guía Michael Farah nos tomaba muy buenas fotos como también no permitió que los locales nos vendieran a sobre precio sus artículos. Les recomiendo esta compañía muy profesional.

Shima ist der beste Reiseleiter in Ägypten
Ich fand Luxor- und Assuan-Reisen, als ich unbedingt eine Last-Minute-Reise nach Ägypten planen wollte und keines der üblichen High-End-Reiseunternehmen so schnell handeln konnte. Es war Hany, der Manager, der mitten in der Nacht in Ägypten meinen Anruf entgegennahm und mir versicherte, dass er diese Traumreise verwirklichen könne, und zwar in weniger als 10 Tagen. Also buchten wir unsere Tickets nach Ägypten und hofften, dass Hany und sein Team da sein würden, um es möglich zu machen. Von den Leuten am Flughafen (die da waren, um uns den Weg durch das Visumverfahren zu erleichtern) bis hin zu allen Fahrern wurden wir nie enttäuscht. Wir verbrachten ein paar Tage in unserem Hotel, um uns an die Zeitverschiebung zu gewöhnen, und an unserem dritten Tag trafen wir Shima. Shima wurde unser Ein und Alles. Sie ist eine ausgezeichnete Ägyptologin, aber auch eine erbitterte Verbündete. Sie hat sich wie eine Mutter um uns gekümmert. Meine Tochter war erkältet, Shimma bestand darauf, anzuhalten, um ihre Medizin zu holen. Als Händler mit ihren Verkaufstaktiken übereifrig wurden, warnte Shimma sie davor. Wenn ich in jedem Land eine Reiseleiterin wie sie haben könnte, würde ich nie aufhören zu reisen. Viele andere Leute auf unserer Kreuzfahrt reisten in Gruppen von 12 bis 18 Personen. Wir hatten Shimma ganz für uns allein. Ich kann Luxor und Assuan Reisen nicht mehr empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass andere Amerikaner über die üblichen Luxusführungen mit großen Namen hinausblicken und eine Chance auf dieses lokale Unternehmen eingehen können. Ich weiß, ich werde es jedem erzählen, den ich kenne!

Es war toll.
Im Grunde hat mir alles gefallen. Diese 2 Städte sind wunderbar und der Reiseführer (???? ????) hatte viele Informationen zu teilen.
