Wir waren ein Paar und buchten die private Tour, also hatten wir einen Führer für uns alleine, sein Name war George und er war brillant, er war unglaublich sachkundig und erklärte uns mit Leidenschaft alles. Ich würde das Reiseunternehmen empfehlen und wenn Sie die Wahl haben, war George ein großartiger Reiseführer.

Don't skip the Nile Cruise
I tried to book a Nile cruise directly with one of the cruise lines recommended in the Moon tour book but for one reason or another I could not. Finally, I was able to contact Luxor and Aswan Travel and they made all the arrangements at competitive prices. The travel company and the Mayfair Cruise itself were excellent! They assigned us a private guide for the land/tomb/temple excursions. Everything went smoothly during the cruise and the ship was very comfortable, clean and modern. Food was buffet style and it was excellent too. I definitely recommend these guys!

Visiting Cairo
My family had a wonderful experience visiting Egypt. We spent several days touring Cairo and also did a Nile cruise. Our guide in Cairo was Hoda Hassan. She is an amazing young lady: very friendly, knowledgeable , considerate and punctual. My family is not an easy one to deal with. I have two teenage kids and my parents do not speak good English. Ms. Hassan did a wonderful job at keeping teenagers interested and at the same time giving me enough time to translate for my parents.
We also appreciate Hoda’s insights into modern Egyptian life. While we enjoy history we also like to know about current situation in the country we visit. We learned a lot.

Lifetime experience with amazing guide
What a great experience! Egypt has always been on our bucket list, it has so much to offer. Therefore a cruise on the Nile became the perfect option to us - paying those temples you’ve only seen in the films a visit, potentially crocodiles watching (spoiler alert - if only we knew there are no crocodiles in the Nile anymore!) all in the comfort of our own cabin and a private tour guide…
Mustafa has definitely made our experience a special, unforgettable one. He’s a knowledgeable Egyptologist with over 20 years experience, he turned the carvings on the wall into stories so vivid as if they were alive talking to us. He has an answer to all of our questions and was happy to discuss topics we were interested in. We felt happy to be typical tourists and were left with plenty of time to take pictures while Mustafa patiently waited for us. He even got us lots of drinks at one point to make us feel welcome!
Overall it was one of our happiest holidays, we will come back to Egypt again! We would 100% recommend Mustafa.

Trip of a Lifetime! We highly recommend Hany and Luxor and Aswan Travel.
Egypt has always been high on our 'to visit' list, but we booked our trip fairly last minute a few weeks ago due to cancellation of Israel (violence with Gaza). I read all the online reviews and contacted Luxor and Aswan Travel. Hany was amazing! I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all. I don't know if he sleeps because no matter what time I messaged him, he always replied very promptly. He quickly coordinated all our domestic flights, Nile Cruise, and drivers/guides. We enjoyed 10 incredible days in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. All the sites were beyond WOW! We were incredibly humbled by all the history and archaeological beauty there. Many many thanks to Hany and our guides (Mohammed in Cairo, and Safwat in Luxor/Aswan/Abu Simbel) for their enthusiasm and patience in sharing all their knowledge with us. A big thumbs up also for our Sonesta St George I Nile Cruise. All the meals were top-notch delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. We had an amazing time and will treasure all our memories of Egypt.

Nilkreuzfahrt und Oberägypten-Tour
Wir hatten die schönste Zeit auf unserer Nilkreuzfahrt und den Besichtigungen der Tempel und Stätten entlang des Nils. Ahmed Sliem war unser außergewöhnlicher Reiseführer und wir können nicht genug Gutes über ihn sagen! Er war unglaublich sachkundig, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und hat die Reise für uns organisiert! Wir können ihn für alle Ihre Tourbedürfnisse wärmstens empfehlen! Das war der Höhepunkt unserer fünfwöchigen Reise und wir hoffen, Ahmed wiederzusehen!

Nilkreuzfahrt mit Ahmed, perfekte Reise!
Die Reise war einfach perfekt. Die Agentur war sehr gut in der Kommunikation und im Verständnis unserer Bedürfnisse. Sie gaben uns den besten privaten Führer, Ahmed Sliem (alias Ahmed II). Er ist sehr sachkundig und sehr professionell, wir würden ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! !
Die Kreuzfahrt hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Acamar-Erlebnis!

Unsere Kreuzfahrt von Luxor nach Assuan
Das entspannte Tempo der Kreuzfahrt war ein Luxus.
Das Essen an Bord der Jamila war ausgezeichnet. Die Kabinen waren sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Boot war sauber, der Service einwandfrei. Wir haben die Kreuzfahrt sehr genossen.
Unser Führer Herr Gerges war auch ausgezeichnet - er war freundlich, sachkundig und enthusiastisch. Er hat uns zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten begleitet, die wir während der Kreuzfahrt gesehen haben. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme oder Sorgen, Herr Gerges hat alles koordiniert.
Insgesamt war es eine großartige Erfahrung.

Vier Nächte, fünf Tage Kreuzfahrt auf dem Nil.
Ich möchte Mohamid Basry als privaten Reiseleiter in Luxor empfehlen und bin mit drei älteren Touristen auf dem Kreuzfahrtschiff MS Selima von Luxor nach Assuan gereist. Mohamid hatte eine gut organisierte Tour und verschiedene Fahrer arrangierten, um uns ein wundervolles Erlebnis zu bieten. Er war sehr gut informiert über die Geschichte aller Antiquitäten und achtete darauf, dass wir eine Hand hatten, um die vielen Stufen hinaufzugehen, die erforderlich waren, um sie zu sehen. Seine Freundlichkeit war eindeutig echt.
