Diese private halbtägige Ostbank-Tour mit Guide Emad war eine großartige Möglichkeit, Luxor und Karnak Tempel zu sehen, ohne sich gehetzt zu fühlen. Late afternoon tour of Karnak and Luxor temples
Our guide Sayed was punctual, passionate, and kept us to a tight schedule. We spent 1.5 hours at Karnak temple, coming at 3:30pm which was perfect for golden hour, but we would recommend going a bit earlier to have more time in the temple. 2 hours would be a minimum, in our opinion. Having to start our tour later meant having to rush a bit more than we would have liked. We got to Luxor temple at 5:30pm, in time for nightfall, which was a cool new way to experience a temple, although if you really want to see the engravings in better detail, you should go in the daytime.

Wir werden 1 Stunde später als die normale Abholzeit abgeholt. Das hat dazu geführt, dass das Sonnenlicht im Tempel (der Luxor Tempel war) verloren ging. Der Guide war so höflich. Sie war nicht in die Details des Tempels. Vielmehr gab sie kurze Infos und ließ uns in den Tempeln. Insgesamt war es nicht schlecht, etwas über dem Durchschnitt Service.

Guide war sehr sachkundig und lieferte viel Detail, hatte aber eine etwas mechanische Lieferung und wollte ihre Präsentation in ihrem schnellen Tempo durchgehen, auch als wir sie baten, langsamer zu machen, um einige
Bilder. Beide Tempel sind ausgezeichnet. Ich würde vorschlagen, am späten Nachmittag zu beginnen. Karnak Tempel zuerst bei Tageslicht zu sehen und dann nach Luxor in der Dämmerung zu gehen, um es bei Tageslicht und dann in der Nacht zu sehen, da es bis 8 geöffnet ist. Muss Luxor um fünf sehen. Lassen Sie etwa 2 Stunden für jeden.

Passionate About Egyptology
Said is fluent in German and English. He's very passionate about his job and nerds-out on Egyptology, which we very much appreciate for kids, as they learned a lot. His attention to detail was deep and precise. Very much recommend Said. We would work with him again, without a doubt.

Great tour and guide
Our guide, Sayed Gamal, gave us an excellent tour of these two historic sites and even managed to sneak us away to some small hidden spots in the middle of a very crowded evening! We learned a lot about the significance of the two sites and gained so much from having him to take us through the different periods of Egyptian history

Karnak and east!
Special thanks to Ereen who answered all my questions and is very knowledgable!
We started off at Karnak Temples, which was fantastic and Ereen was there every step of the way to explain everything. She let me wonder around by myself for as long as I wanted.
Then to Luxor Temple, came in a close second, but as per usual Ereen was fantastic, showing me around, explaining a lot.
Shout out to the driver also, lovely car and nice and smooth.
